Nash has gone to see Alec in Barnet, North London for some additional one to one driving instructor training. His ADi training has, for the most part, gone well but like some others he’s stalled in one area, in his case its simply level of instruction. Client centred learning is about finding out what the pupil can teach you first then when they can’t teach you, teach them.
KISS Trainer Rod is in Sydenham, South London working with Atta, Ben, Hakim, Sandra and Zahra covering ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 training . Our trainees today have come from Bromley, Croydon, Greenwich and Woolwich. Very much part of the KISS Driving Instructor Training programme is the help we get from our local ADI's who turn up at our weekly ADI training sessions to help develop our trainees. At KISS we train people to becoema driving instructor first and pass the tests second. This is because a good driving instructor will be able to pass the tests. Someone who has been trained just to pass the tests invariably fails to develop their career according to statistics.
