KISS Driving Instructor Training

KISS Trainer Tracey is at her weekly driving instructor training session in Reading today. We have several trainee driving instructors with us today from Basingstoke, Newbury, Oxford and Reading. The trainees are all working on their client centred learning skills together in addition to doing Part 2 and Part 3 sessions with Neil and Albert. Our 95% success rate of success of our KISS  ADI Training programme is attracting a regular stream of new trainees who want to become a driving instructor . Alexandra and Suzanne from Reading, Sadia from Newbury and Kevin from Slough are working on their ADI training today. KISS Trainer Tracey and ADI Matthew from Bracknell are working with them to help them become a driving instructor . Suzanne goes for an ADI Part 2 drive which takes her through Wokingham to test her ability to read the road ahead as she hasn't been there before. The other trainees are all working on their ADI Part 3 instructional ability skills. As they progress our job is to identify any weaknesses they can then work on with learners.
