KISS Driving Instructor Training

Dean from Basingstoke, Diane from Farnham and Lok from Aldershot have come to Farnborough for one to one  ADI training delivered by KISSTrainer Alan . Lok is working on ADI Part 2 and the other two are working on their ADI Part 3 techniques and dialogue. Sally is with us from Southampton and all are working hard to help them improve. The KISS driving instructor training programme ensures the trainers work together to collectively deliver client centred learning which helps everyone who wants to become a driving instructor . Because we offer unlimited training our trainee instructors are able to attend two to three training sessions every week.

Yet another success as Sadia from Newbury has passed her ADI Part 3 Test of instructional ability at the Reading Driving Test Centre at the first attempt. Sadia has been to our ADI Training in Camberley with KISS Trainer Alan . She has also been working to become a driving instructor with KISS Trainer Tracey in Reading. Our programme trains you to use a client centred learning approach to teaching learners which is faster and to a higher standard. the KISS Driving Instructor Training programme has a 95% success rate compared to a national average of 15%. We won't just train you to pass tests, we want you to become a driving instructor and have a sucessful career.

KISS Trainer Brian from Newbury comes along to add his expertise. Trainees have come from Aldershot, Camberley, Guildford, Newbury, Portsmouth and Southampton. Some bring pupilsso they can have mock tests and to help trainees gain experience.

Diane is working on ADI Part 2 and the other two guys are struggling with their ADI Part 3 techniques for the same problem but for different reasons, dialogue. There are several possible solutions primarily related to learning techniques and everyone is working hard to help them improve The KISS driving instructor training programme ensures the trainers work together to collectively deliver client centred learning which helps everyone who wants to become a driving instructor . Because we offer unlimited training our trainee instructors are able to attend two to three training sessions every week.

We have trainee driving instructors with us today from Aldershot, Andover, Basingstoke, Portsmouth and of course Farnborough. The trainees are all working on their client centred learning skills together in addition to doing Part 2 and Part 3 sessions with Alan and Brian. The 95% success rate of the KISS driving instructor training programme is attracting a regular stream of new trainees who want to become a driving instructor with us.

Good start to the New Year with ten trainees at our first weekly ADI Training sessions in Camberley of 2016 with KISS Trainer Alan . Luckily we have three trainers on hand to ensure everyone working on ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 get at least 2 one to one driving instructor training sessions each. We want more people to train to become a driving instructor in Hampshire and Surrey in part because we have a few driving instructors coming up to retirement age. Congratulations to Paul Greenwood for passing his ADI Part 2 test . Paul chose Winchester to take his test and passed easily with only 2 faults. Paul has been training at Basingstoke and Camberley , and now he is well on the way to applying for his pink license. We look forward to welcoming him to the roads of Basingstoke and helping him towards the Part 3 test and beyond.

Great news coming in as we hear Monika has passed her Part 2 driving test at Reading driving test centre. Monika has been working to become a driving instructor with Alan and the team in Camberley and T racey in Reading. She should be able to start teaching shortly as she has been working on her Part 3 driving instructor training alongside the rest of her ADI training in Camberley and Reading.

The car park is full again today for our weekly driving instructor training in Camberley with fifteen cars here at any one time. ADI training goes on all day as usual because of the numbers arriving from Aldershot, Andover, Basingstoke, Camberley, Guildford, Kingston, Reading, Reigate, Southampton and Tadley. Alan , Brian and Kaye are leading the training for everyone wanting to become a driving instructor .
