KISS Driving Instructor Training

Harry from Aldershot tells us today he has passed Part 1 of his driving instructor training programme and he's keen to complete Part 2 as soon as he can. As he joins us every week in Camberley for our regular ADI training sessions we will be able to help him achieve his ambition to become a driving instructor this year.

Alan is working with some Aldershot, Reading and Kingston trainees today on ADI training part 3 this morning. Driving instructor training in Guildford sessions are getting busier and collectively is definitely the most effective way to train to become a driving instructor .

Driving instructor training in Reigate this afternoon with Dieter and three trainees all eager to complete their ADI training to become a driving instructor in Surrey and South London. A critical part of our ADI training programme is training instructors to use their voice effectively, that way they stay calm, motivate pupils and generate more business, which helps keep their costs low.

Driving instructor training in Camberley today with fifteen cars turning up for our ADI training programme . Trainees from Aldershot, Basingstoke, Camberley, Farnborough, Guildford, Reading, Sandhurst and Woking are coming in to get as many training sessions in as possible. We also have three pupils with us today all of whom will be getting a mock test and other training sessions. Dieter , Omar and the guys are doing their driving instructor training in Kingston this morning. Good turnout as usual as trainees turn up from Aldershot, Brentford, Guildford, Kingston, South London and Uxbridge. They are all having at least 2 ADI training sessions plus they are going out with learners. If you want to become a driving instructor in today's competitive marketplace you have to hit the ground running.

Driving instructor training in Reigate this afternoon as Dieter does some Standards test and Fleet driver training with a couple of ADIs from Woking and South London.

ADI training in Reigate this afternoon with Omar and a couple of Part 3 trainees. Our driving instructor training programme works because the trainers are committed to teaching their trainees everything they know and collectively they ensure everyone is happy and confident as individuals they will become a driving instructor .

ADI training in Kingston today with Dieter , Omar and the team gearing up for driving instructor training with eight trainees and three pupils until about 1pm. Everyone getting at least one training session plus some of them get the chance to take learners out and then get feedback from the trainers. These guys need to hit the ground running when they start teaching for real to enable them to impress learners and compete.

Dieter is doing one to one driving instructor training with Reggie near Reigate driving test centre. Reggie has come to KISS driving school for his Part 3 ADI training as he was unhappy with his previous trainers in South London. His two year time limit imposed by the DSA is up in the next few months and he has already seen us train his close friend Hamed. His dialogue is improving now he is using our unique ADI training aids.

Omar is doing driving instructor training with Tanveer in Reigate today to help him prepare for his Part 3 test . Tanveer is working on his what, why how technique to fix problems.

The car park is full again today for our weekly driving instructor training in Camberley with fifteen cars here at any one time. ADI training goes on all day as usual because of the numbers arriving from Aldershot, Andover, Basingstoke, Camberley, Guildford, Kingston, Reading, Reigate, Southampton and Tadley. Alan , Brian and Kaye are leading the training for everyone wanting to become a driving instructor .

Driving instructor training for Tanveer and Reginald today with Dieter and Omar in Reigate . Tanveer is doing well Reggie is getting his head round using the training aides to help him develop his dialogue both in the briefings and on the move. Both of them are making progress to become a driving instructor with KISS .

Newsflash : Claire from Sandhurst has passed her Part 2 driving test at Guildford driving test centre at the first attempt today. This is great news as Claire has already completed most of her Part 3 ADI training to allow her to begin teaching. As part of her effort to become a driving instructor that is KISS trained and highly skilled, Claire intends to work on a trainee licence and attend weekly driving instructor training sessions in Camberley .

Another success for our driving instructor training programme as Nembang passes his Part 3 test at Reading driving test centre. Nembang originally went to AA driving School for his ADI training but after not making any progress he realised they were not delivering the training he needed to become a driving instructor and achieve the level of competence needed to make a living. Well done Nembang from all of the trainers in Camberley and Reading who worked with you. 

Alan , Brian , Kaye and Sally are in Camberley all day delivering Part 2 and Part 3 ADI training to nine trainees and we also have four learners with us today. The three new trainees are all enthusiastically working on their own driving instructor training programmes and watching what the more advanced trainees are doing. Its good to see so many people all working together and helping each other to become a driving instructor .

ADI training in Kingston this morning with Dieter , Bob and Omar . This is yet another busy weekly driving instructor training session with nine trainee driving instructors and three pupils turning up. It’s great to see individuals develop their ADI training skills and very pleasing when they can become a driving instructor .
