KISS Driving Instructor Training

KISS Trainer Rob from Sidcup is meeting trainee Purna who is working to become a driving instructor in Maidstone. Rob normally delivers the weekly KISS Driving Instructor Training session in Belvedere for trainees in South East London and Kent. When we deliver these free ADI Training sessions we aim to deliver an ADI Part 2 driving lesson. We will also demonstrate how we use our unique training aids to deliver our client centred learning lessons. Welcome on board to Tim from Woolwich who is the very latest recruit too our Driving Instructor Training programme. Tim came to a couple of our weekly ADI Training sessions in Belvedere, South East London delivered by KISS Trainer Rob from Sidcup. He was given a couple of Part 2 training sessions and observed some Part 3 training . Now he has enrolled and been provided with our unique training aids he will begin to prepare for his Part 1 at home. The rest of his training to become a driving instructor will be delivered in practical sessions at venues around London on a weekly basis. Our programme enables our trainee instructors to easliy develop a client centred learning style of coaching pupils which is speeds up the learning process and is much more engaging than traditional instructirng.

Congratulations to Neil from East London who has passed his Part 2 Driving test today from everyone working in the KISS driving instructor training in London . Neil has now passed his Part 1 Theory Test and his Part 2 driving at the first attemt and has been working on his Part 3 instructional skills . Neil lives in East London and attends weekly ADI training sessions in Barnet, Belvedere, Bishops Storford and Ilford. His lead trainers are Tony and Rob although he is being helped by more than ten instructors. He decided to become a driving instructor when he realised how flexible his work schedule would become.
