KISS Driving Instructor Training

KISS Trainer Rod and KISS Trainer Frances held their weekly ADI Training session in Anerley, South London today with four trainee instructors. Atta from Woolwich completed a Part 2 and Part 3 session and recieved very positive feedback for his efforts to become a driving instructor . Fatumah from Mitcham has been sitting in on lessons with some of our instructors and that is enabling her to understand better what she is trying to achieve with her own driving instructor training programme. Our unique training aids help trainee driving instructors to develop a good structure and the technique needed to deliver Client Centred Learning .

We have a lady joining us for a free driving instructor training session today in Anerley who has completed ADI Part 1 and ADI Part 2 tests with another Company. On her free ADI Training session she will be able to see some ADI Part 3 trainees working to become a driving instructor with us. She will also be able to work one to one with either KISS trainer Rod or KISS Trainer Frances who work together to deliver our client centred learning programme in South London

Rod , Frances and the Anerley crew get together for their weekly driving instructor training sessions. Trainees from all over South London, Croydon, Eltham, Greenwich, Mitcham, New Malden, Streatham, Tooting Wallington and Wandsworth start arriving at around 3pm. Our ADI training works because our trainees are motivated by being able to work on Part 2 and Part 3 at the same time. As we all work together newer trainees get to see the progress and success of others. Keep it simple.

Whilst we enjoy delivering ADI training every week up to 20 ADI’s and trainees are expected to take a break and turn up for this annual get together. Rod , Frances and the team get stuck into, delivering driving instructor training to everyone who turned up. Some of the Part 3 trainees are busy helping train the trainees at different levels which others it helps them to become a driving instructor .

We are in Anerley near Crystal Palace this afternoon for one of four weekly driving instructor training sessions in South London. This is always one of our best attended ADI Training sessions every week with Rod , Frances and the team. Five trainees are working towards taking their Part 3 tests and we get them to help train our newer trainees. To train to become a driving instructor you need a wide variety of experiences including training others as you then see what it’s like for a pupil.

Noor is joining us today for her free ADi training session as she is considering doing part 3 with us. Noor set out to become a driving instructor with another ADi trainer but feels she hasn't progressed. Good interaction as usual in the Part 3 classroom tonight.

Rod and Frances get busy at their ever popular weekly driving instructor training session in Anerley. Such is their popularity the trainers are talking about having to extending the weekly training event and may start at lunch time to ensure everyone gets a one to one session.

Its fascinating to see trainee driving instructors observe the improvements in others skills yet doubt they can achieve the same progress despite the fact they are following the same ADI training programme.
