KISS Driving Instructor Training

Our weekly driving instructor training session in Camberley run by KISS Trainer Alan is underway. We start at around 9am and deliver ADI Training throughout the day often up until 4pm. KISS Trainer Brian from Newbury comes along to add his expertise. A few of our other ADI's from Farnborough and areas help as well because we all remember what it was like to learn to become driving instructor . Trainees have come from Aldershot, Camberley, Guildford, Newbury, Portsmouth and Southampton. Some bring pupilsso they can have mock tests and to help trainees gain experience.

Paul from Basingstoke, Diane from Farnham and Chalak from Aldershot have come to Farnborough some one to one  ADI training delivered by KISSTrainer alan . Diane is working on ADI Part 2 and the other two guys are struggling with their ADI Part 3 techniques for the same problem but for different reasons, dialogue. There are several possible solutions primarily related to learning techniques and everyone is working hard to help them improve The KISS driving instructor training programme ensures the trainers work together to collectively deliver client centred learning which helps everyone who wants to become a driving instructor . Because we offer unlimited training our trainee instructors are able to attend two to three training sessions every week.

KISStrainer Tracey is conducting a weekly ADI Training session in Reading today. We have trainee driving instructors with us today from Basingstoke, Newbury and Oxford. The trainees are all working on their client centred learning skills together in addition to doing Part 2 and Part 3 sessions with Neil and Albert. The 95% success rate of the KISS driving instructor training programme is attracting a regular stream of new trainees who want to become a driving instructor with us.

The car park is full again today for our weekly driving instructor training in Camberley with fifteen cars here at any one time. ADI training goes on all day as usual because of the numbers arriving from Aldershot, Andover, Basingstoke, Camberley, Guildford, Kingston, Reading, Reigate, Southampton and Tadley. Alan , Brian and Kaye are leading the training for everyone wanting to become a driving instructor .

Brian is getting into the habit of delivering ADI training in Newbury as he helps a couple of trainees there today. His specialism is working on role play on the move which is where you pass or fail your Part 3 test .

Alan , Brian , Kaye and Sally are in Camberley all day delivering Part 2 and Part 3 ADI training to nine trainees and we also have four learners with us today. The three new trainees are all enthusiastically working on their own driving instructor training programmes and watching what the more advanced trainees are doing. Its good to see so many people all working together and helping each other to become a driving instructor .

KISS driving instructors Brian and Tracey are doing some last minute driving instructor training with Nembang from Aldershot as he completes his Part 3 ADI training. As with most of our trainee driving instructors Nembang has worked hard to become a driving instructor and is about to take his test at Reading driving test centre. We fully expect him to pass his Part 3 test this week.  

A big congratulations to Nembang who has passed his Part 3 test at the first attempt with us at Guildford Driving Test Centre. Yet another success for our driving instructor training with Alan , Brian , Kaye and Sally in Camberley, Bob , Dieter and Omar  in Kingston and Reigate. Most importantly if you want to become a driving instructor you have to get as much ADI training as possible to achieve this level of competence so many of our driving instructors achieve.

Alan , Brian and the team are there all day and will give you a free ADI training session and let you see some of what we do. You will meet other trainees, chat with them and find out how our training delivers qualified driving instructors. Tracey is on course to get a six for her next check test, Andy is heading for a successful Part 2 , he still does the same routines, but we got him doing them earlier and now he finds it easier.

Driving instructor training in Newbury with two trainees as Brian charms and guides his trainees towards their goal of becoming a driving instructor in the near future. On the Part 2 session they went up to through Thatcham and on into Reading where the practical driving test will take place.

Brian has joined Tracey in delivering driving instructor training in Reading this afternoon and they are joined by Monika, Ram and Bishnu. We have a couple of enquiries from people who are looking to become a driving instructor in Newbury and Oxford and we are expecting them to come along for a free ADI training session in the next couple of weeks.

Wednesday, Camberley, all day driving instructor training with Alan , Brian and the team for our trainees to get ADI training. We have trainee driving instructors arriving from Aldershot, Basingstoke, Brentford, Farnborough, Fleet, Guildford, Kingston, Newbury, Reading and Salisbury. Our aim is to deliver several weekly driving instructor training sessions within 30 miles to anyone wanting to become a driving instructor is gradually coming together. Tracey from Reading, Kaye from Uxbridge and Sally from Basingstoke joined us to help and contribute to our 95% success rate .

Brian is going solo today delivering some driving instructor training in Newbury by himself as he wants to help a couple of trainees from Aldershot and Reading with language problems. ADI training sometimes requires innovation beyond even what we manage to achieve. That’s what makes our trainers and our training stand out.

Alan , Brian and the crew turn up in Camberley for one of the busiest driving instructor training days of each week. Our ADi training programme just keeps growing week by week with new people wanting to become a driving instructor .

Excellent turn out for our driving instructor training course in Camberley today with Alan , Brian and the team. Ian from Salisbury who normally does his ADI training with Neil and his team in Poole, joined us for part 2 training the first time here today. He’s promised to try to arrange more Wednesdays off work so we can help speed up his development to become a driving instructor. Brian introduced a potential new trainee too the group, Sandi from Oxford was invited to take advantage of our FREE ADI training session to assess our ability to teach.
