ADI training in West London this afternoon with Kaye working hard on Part 2 driving instructor training and Part 3 . These guys are all working hard to become a driving instructor in their own areas which are Brentford, Hayes and Uxbridge.
Driving instructor training in West London with Kaye today as Geta from Brentford, Ilham from Uxbridge and Manny from High Wycombe turn up for ADI training. Geta is growing in confidence as we get her to help the others in their ambitions to become a driving instructor .
James from Hayes and Ilhem from Uxbridge are doing ADI training with Kaye in West London . Both are working hard on their Part 2 driving instructor training and getting ready to take their practical driving test at Hayes driving test centre. James is also planning to spend some time watching Kaye work with a pupil in Slough on an intensive driving course.
Geta from Brentwood and Nash from Stanmore are working on their Part 3 driving instructor training skills with Kaye from West London today. Geta’s confidence in her own ability is growing slowly and both during and beyond the ADI training sessions she is actually doing very well. In working to become a driving instructor it is very important we watch these guys perform with real drivers because this gives us a clearer picture of their real skills.

Nash is meeting Kaye in Uxbridge this pm for a Part 3 one-to-one driving instructor training session. ADI training is about finding solutions to every individuals personal needs. We have a 95% success rate because our trainers are patient and we deliver unlimited training to become a driving instructor , however long it takes.

Get has almost completed her Part 3 ADI training and should soon become a driving instructor . Ilhem has made great progress with her Part 2 and is now getting her head round how to do Part 3. James is just getting into Part 2.

They are joined later by James who is working on his Part 2 driving skills and for today Kaye sits in the back and helps Nash use and develop his ADI training skills with James. They took James up to Northolt, out to Harrow, and then down into West London, working on reading the road ahead.

Ilhem seems to have developed the enthusiasm for training with us now and is attending three to four ADI training sessions every week. During todays driving instructor training session they drove out to Slough, Maidenhead, Windsor and back through Hounslow. Ilhem just needs to work on consistency which will come with the effort she is applying.

She also took some time to introduce him to the Part 3 ADI training structure and schedule. James has only just begun his path to become a driving instructor .
