KISS Driving Instructor Training

KISS Trainer Neil from Wimborne has been working hard with Nick from Andover on his ADI Part 3 skills in preparation for a test at Maybush driving test centre in Southampton next week. We also have a few others with us today working on their own driving instructor training programmes including some of those who usually do their ADI Training in Basingstoke on Saturdays. KISS Trainers are able to deliver training six and sometimes seven days a week at various locations throughout the South of England. Its the final ADI Part 3 one to one session for KISS Trainer Neil with trainee Dave today. When you want to become a driving instructor with KISS we commmit to delivering unlimited ADI Training . The other trainee driving instructors are either busy with lessons or doing last minute Christmas shopping. Neil will resume his weekly driving instructor training in Bournemouth in the first week of January  having taken a well earned rest with his family.   

Having passed his Part 2 driving test a few weeks ago KISSdriving instructor Gary has progressed to teaching learners on a trainee licence. gary is supervised and trained by KISSTrainer Neil from Wimborne and ADI's who work alongside him. Gary decided to become a driving instructor in Bournemouth having been made redundant and because the flexibility suits his personal circumstances. He has been able to attend two to three ADI training sessions every week since joining us due to the flexibility of the KISS driving instructor training programme. The KISS programme has always enjoyed an industry leading 95% success rate as a result of the great effort of our instructors who all work collectively. KISS is unique in the industry in that every instructor has been trained in-house and understands client centred learning and the concept of coaching .

Two of our trainee instructors are preparing to take their Part 3 Tes t in Southampton in the next few weeks. KISS trainer Neil from Wimborne is conducting one to one training with them both today near Maybush driving test centre. The KISS driving instructor training programme provides unlimited ADI training to help trainees become a driving instructor . Our Client Centred  Learning approach continues to deliver a 95% succes rate for our trainees.
