Suzanne goes for an ADI Part 2 drive which takes her through Wokingham to test her ability to read the road ahead as she hasn't been there before. The other trainees are all working on their ADI Part 3 instructional ability skills. As they progress our job is to identify any weaknesses they can then work on with learners. Back to our regular weekly driving instructor training session in Reading with four trainees and KISS Trainer Tracey today. The trainees are all helping each other on ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 skills today and along with help from KISS Trainer Brian from Newbury they all get a couple of one to one ADI Training sessions. These guys are all working hard together to help each other become a driving instructor and have a succesdull career.

KISS Trainer Tracey has been joined by trainees Alexandra and Sadia fron Newbury for a one to one ADI Training session near Reading driving test centre this morning. Both of these trainees are working hard to develop their ADI Part 3 skills in order to complete their driving instructor training programme.  Both of them decided to become a driving instructor with KISS at around the same time and have progressed together through the qualifying process, supporting each other along the way. They both understand our unique client centred training technique and are developing their technique alongside our other trainees.

KISS Trainer Tracey from Reading is in Newbury this afternoon to do some one to one ADI Part 3 training with Saida who is struggling with her client centred learning technique. As with other trainee driving instructors Sadia is struggling with the concept of asking simple questions. Tracey has identified the problem and provided a very simple solution, which is to use the very simple and unique training aids . The dialogue needed to teach well is actucally very simple but you will need to used closed questioning to deliver brisk, competent briefings. On the move you will need to be very structured and literal to enable the pupil to respond properly. KISStrainer Tracey is conducting a weekly ADI Training session in Reading today. We have trainee driving instructors with us today from Basingstoke, Newbury and Oxford. The trainees are all working on their client centred learning skills together in addition to doing Part 2 and Part 3 sessions with Neil and Albert. It's a busy morning in Reading today as six trainee instructors are here to work with KISS trainer Tracey. Tracey is supported today by KISS Trainer Brian from Newbury to ensure everyone gets at least two one to one driving instructor training session. Some of them are working on their Part 3 test preperation whilst others practice their Part 2 driving test skills. A couple of the trainees are working on a trainee licence and are working through the instructional techniques and core competencies.   Our programme focusses on using a client centred learning approach which much of the industry is still trying to get to grips with. The K ISS ADI training programme has always focussed on developing driving instructors Client Centred Learning (coaching) skills. O ur unique training aids have been developed to ensure our trainees find it easy to understand and use to develop their careers.

KISS trainer Tracey completed a one to one driving instructor training session in Reading to help Monica with her Part 3 test preperation. They worked through the instructional techniques and core competencies. Monica confirmed the session was very helpful in identifying areas of her client centred learning development. Great news coming in as we hear Monika has passed her Part 2 driving test at Reading driving test centre. Monika has been working to become a driving instructor with Alan and the team in Camberley and T racey in Reading. She should be able to start teaching shortly as she has been working on her Part 3 driving instructor training alongside the rest of her ADI training in Camberley and Reading.
