KISS Driving Instructor Training

More good news for our driving instructor training in Basingstoke as a call comes in from Zoe to say she has passed her Part 2 driving test at the first attempt at Reading driving test centre. We urgently need Zoe to get ready to deliver driving lessons in Basingstoke as soon as possible. Expect to see her on the roads developing her skills to become a driving instructor in about 4 weeks.

Andy from Salisbury has passed Part 1 of the three tests to become a driving instructor. Because Andy has already completed a lot of his Part 2 ADI training with Neil in Poole and Southampton we expect him to take this test at Maybush driving test centre soon. He has also been to our driving instructor training sessions in Camberley to speed up his Part 3 training . 

More success today for our driving instructor training programme as Mark in Southampton passes his ADI training Part 1 Theory test. Mark has been training to become a driving instructor in Southampton with Neil . We anticipate he will be doing his Part 2 driving test at Maybush driving test within a month and begin teaching two weeks later.

Driving instructor training in Basingstoke as Sally works with  Zoe and Ben who has come over from Andover. Zoe is almost ready and eager to start work on her ADI training skills delivering driving lessons in Basingstoke, Newbury and Reading. Ben is now married and is keen to become a driving instructor before the end of the year.

Neil is delivering our driving instructor training in Southampton today. The group is growing steadily with five people turning up regularly for ADI training and progressing their skills. Mark and Andy our newest recruits are taking their Part 1 tests next week and are well on their way to passing the Part 2 driving test . We anticipate all of these guys, who are from Andover, Eastleigh, Portsmouth,  Southampton and Salisbury will achieve their ambition to become a driving instructor before the end of this year.

ADI training in Southampton today for Neil and his team. Training someone to become a driving instructor takes time because it takes months if not years to develop coaching skills. We deliver ten times more driving instructor training compared to most trainers and we teach a client centred approach .

Sally is working with Ben from Andover and Zoe from Basingstoke on their driving instructor training skills. Zoe has booked a Part driving test at Reading driving test centre and Ben is getting married. Ben has decided its best to keep working on Part 2 and Part 3 ADI training and not take any tests until the wedding is out of the way. He is learning how to use our unique training aids with the help of both Sally and Zoe. He is keen to get out there and start teaching and is working hard to become a driving instructor with KISS .

Andy from Salisbury and Ollie and Albert from Southampton are working on their driving instructor training with Neil in Wimborne. Really pleased at the level of knowledge and skill these guys are able to achieve through the KISS ADI training programme .

Neil from Poole is at Maybush Driving Test Centre in Southampton this morning delivering weekly driving instructor training to Andy from Salisbury, Blair from Fleet and local trainees Albert and Ollie . All working well together, Albert and Blair are helping Ollie and Andy develop their skills to become a driving instructor .

Driving instructor training is taking place with Sally and Slava in Basingstoke this morning. Ben from Andover, Claire from Sandhurst and Zoe are all doing some more Part 2 driving instructor training and Part 3 instructional techniques . The smiles on their faces shows us they have the enthusiasm and with our unique programme they should all easily become a driving instructor in their own areas.

Neil is back in Southampton for one last Part 3 driving instructor training session this year with just Albert and Ollie at Maybush Driving Test Centre in Southampton. Welsh meets polish and Lithuanian ADI training at its most multi-lingual. 

Sally is in Basingstoke today with Ben from Andover, Blair from Aldershot and Ram from Farnborough doing Part 2 and Part 3 driving instructor training . They all look pretty happy with the ADI training we are delivering in Surrey and Hampshire.

Sally is in Basingstoke this morning doing some more Part 2 driving instructor training with Ben from Andover, Zoe from Basingstoke and Claire from Farnborough, all of them newcomers. All of them recently took advantage of our offer of attending a Free ADI Training session and were easily convinced our training will help them become a driving instructor in their own areas.

Maybush Driving Test Centre in Southampton and Neil and his team are delivering driving instructor training to Albert, Blair from Aldershot, Ollie and Steve from Portsmouth. This is one of our ADI training venues, all of which deliver a 95% success rate and unlimited Part 2 and Part 3 training to become a driving instructor .

Sally is with Ben from Andover in Basingstoke again today for some more Part 2 driving instructor training . We are expecting Ben to start doing more ADI training in Camberley as and when his shifts at Heathrow allow him too. Because Ben has tried to qualify before we expect he will move through the programme to become a driving instructor quicker than most other trainees .

Driving instructor training session in Bournemouth today for Albert and Ollie both from Southampton and they are joined later by Andy from Salisbury. Ollie is working to speed up her dialogue, which will happen naturally when she develops her ADI training with real learners. Albert is trying hard to get it right, Neil is showing him what can go wrong if you are not literal with ‘talk thru’ when giving pupils instructions. Andy is very obviously benefitting from doing more of our training to become a driving instructor .

Neil and his team bring their usual enthusiasm and motivation to the weekly ADI training in Southampton. That is one of the very important reasons why our trainees turn up every week and turn up at our other training venues.

Ben from Andover is meeting up with Sally in Basingstoke this morning to do some more Part 2 driving instructor training. He already seems convinced our ADI training will help him to become a driving instructor especially as he has asked the most important questions .
