KISS Driving Instructor Training

Saturday afternoon and its time for a bit of ADI Training in East London with KISS Trainer Tony working with four of our trainees. As usual some off the trainees are working on ADI Part 2 and others are working on ADI Part 3 .  The KISS Driving Instructor Training programme is available six days a week at locations througout the South of England. Our course is hands on and delivered in-car and we provide unlimited training to become a driving instructor . Our client centred learning techniques are possibly ten years ahead of most other training programmes.

KISS Trainer Tony is in Ilford this afternoon to help our trainees who are Driving Instructor Training in East London . Neil, Atta, Jennie and Saidi are all working on ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 . Since starting to teach on a trainee licence Neil from Bow has really developed his client centred learning technique. We have helped over 700 people from all walks of life to become a driving insructor in their own area and we continue to lead the market for ADI Training with our 95% success rate. Regular weekly ADI Training session in Bishops Stortford with KISS Trainer Tony today. Its good to see Sue and Greg from Bishops Stortford both of who are working to become a driving instructor with us. Also, Gerry from Peterborough is helping train our instructors now and usng our unique client centred learning technique and helping others with their ADI Part 3 skills. Luk from East London is also working to develop his ADI Part 2 driving skills and has now started to learn the briefing technique as part of his ADI Part 3 development. Slawa from Corby has been able to help and received some training himself. All of this is overseen as usual by KISS Trainer Tony.

Our regular weekly Driving Instructor Training in Ilford is taking place this afternoon. KISS Trainer Tony is taking the lead with four of our trainees working to become a driving instructor in their own areas. Today our ADI Training programme draws instructors in from East London, Dagenham, Romford, Woolwich and other areas of Essex. We deliver a client centred learning approach to training as this is more engaging and hands-on. Our trainee driving instructors work on ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 training at the same time.

Its good to see Gerry from Peterborough helping train our instructors now and usng our unique client centred learning technique and helping others with their ADI Part 3 skills. Haroon from East London who started early January is developing his ADI Part 2 driving skills and has now started to learn the briefing technique as part of his ADI Part 3 development. Slawa from Corby has been able to help and received some training himself.All of this is overseen as usual by KISS Trainer Tony.

Final weekly ADI Training session in Bishops Stortford today with three regular trainee instructors and one newcomer taking advantage of our offer of a free drivining instructor training session. All of our trainees are stilll working hard to become a driving instructor with KISS despite Christmas being literally just round the corner. KISS Trainer Tony was ably supported by KISS Trainer Gary from Cambridge and our trainees came from Corny, London and Peterborough. We also had two learners joining us for a good 5 hours of client centred learning .

Atta is attending today as he works to passhis Part 2 driving test at the first attempt. His aim is to begin teaching learners on a trainee licence as soon as possible. Atta is supervised and trained by KISSTrainer Tony and ADI's who work alongside him. Atta decided to become a driving instructor in South East London with KISS after taking advantage of our free training session offer then looking at other trainers . He has been able to attend two to three ADI training sessions every week since joining us due to the flexibility of the KISS driving instructor training programme. The KISS programme has always enjoyed an industry leading 95% success rate as a result of the great effort of our instructors who all work collectively. KISS is unique in the industry in that every instructor has been trained in-house and understands client centred learning and the concept of coaching .

Great news for our driving instructor training in Cambridge as Gerry from Peterborough passes his ADI Part 3 test of instructional ability . Gerry has been part of our KISS ADI training programme for over a year and has developed into a client centred learning style of driving instructor. As usual Gerry was able to benefit from our comittment to deliver unlimited driving instructor training delivered by KISS Trainer Gary and KISS Trainer Tony . Relatively new to us trainee Greg from Bishops Stortford is contemplating if he has time to work on a Trainee Licence. Greg came to us having completed his ADI Part 2 driving test with quite a large local competitor. He has now worked hard on his ADI Part 3 skills and is helping us on a weekly basis at our weekly ADI training sessions. As part of our Driving Instructor Training we encourage all of our Driving Instructors to bring along their pupils for a free mock test. For situations like Greg's it helps trainees to develop their client centred training skills without the need to give up their existing work comittments. We had a very good weekly driving instructor training session in Bishops Stortford with KISS trainer Tony today. He was supported by KISS trainer Gary from Cambridge and between them they ensured the five trainees all had at least two ADI training sessions each. Our trainees today came from Cambridge, Corby, East London, Harlow and Peterborough and are all working towards their aim to become a driving instructor in their own areas.

Having passed his Part 2 driving test a few weeks ago KISS driving Iinstructor Neil has progressed to teaching learners on a trainee licence. Neil is supervsed and trained by KISS Trainer Tony and ADI's who work alongside him. Neil decided to become a driving instructor in East London because the flexibility suits his personal circumstances. He has been able to attend two to three ADI training sessions every week since joining us due to the flexibility of the KISS driving instructor training programme. We are at our normal weekly KISS driving instructor training day in Bishops Stortford today under the expert supervision of KISS Trainer Tony . We deliver ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 tuition here every week as well as in Cambridge, East London and Ilford. Everyone is in a festive mood this afternoon so not much Driving Instructor training being done this afternoon near Goodmayes Driving Test Centre. Happy New Year to everyone attending our first weekly ADI Training session in Bishops Stortford with KISS Trainer Tony . Everyone seems keen to get to work on their own individual driving instructor training programme. Well done to Gerry from Peterborough, it's immediately obvious he has been putting a lot of effort into his efforts to become a driving instructor . He has mastered the technique of briefing using our unique training aids and as result is likely to complete his ADI Part 3 training in the next few months. Jennie from East London is now keen to push ahead after passing her ADI Part 2 driving test at the end of 2015. Her aim is to pass the final exam by May 2016 and so she will be attending several sessions a week and doing some one to one training.
