Driving Instructor training in Bishops Stortford

Final weekly ADI Training session in Bishops Stortford today with three regular trainee instructors and one newcomer taking advantage of our offer of a free drivining instructor training session. All of our trainees are stilll working hard to become a driving instructor with KISS despite Christmas being literally just round the corner.

KISS Trainer Tony was ably supported by KISS Trainer Gary from Cambridge and our trainees came from Corny, London and Peterborough. We also had two learners joining us for a good 5 hours of client centred learning.

KISS Trainer Rod is in Sydenham, South London working with Atta, Ben, Hakim, Sandra and Zahra covering ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 training . Our trainees today have come from Bromley, Croydon, Greenwich and Woolwich. Very much part of the KISS Driving Instructor Training programme is the help we get from our local ADI's who turn up at our weekly ADI training sessions to help develop our trainees. At KISS we train people to becoema driving instructor first and pass the tests second. This is because a good driving instructor will be able to pass the tests. Someone who has been trained just to pass the tests invariably fails to develop their career according to statistics.

KISS Trainer Tony is in Ilford this afternoon to help our trainees who are Driving Instructor Training in East London . Neil, Atta, Jennie and Saidi are all working on ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 . Since starting to teach on a trainee licence Neil from Bow has really developed his client centred learning technique.
