Everyone convening for our regular weekly Driving Instructor Training in Farnborough this morning with KISS Trainer Alan . As usual half a dozen trainees from Aldershot, Basingstoke, Farnham, Newbury and Portsmouth are here today for ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 sessions. Our ADI Training enables everyone to work together to become a driving instructor . This delivers a much more comprehensive and succesful programme compared to a national average of 15%. Paul from Basingstoke, Diane from Farnham and Chalak from Aldershot have come to Farnborough some one to one  ADI training delivered by KISSTrainer alan . Diane is working on ADI Part 2 and the other two guys are struggling with their ADI Part 3 techniques for the same problem but for different reasons, dialogue. There are several possible solutions primarily related to learning techniques and everyone is working hard to help them improve The KISS driving instructor training programme ensures the trainers work together to collectively deliver client centred learning which helps everyone who wants to become a driving instructor . Because we offer unlimited training our trainee instructors are able to attend two to three training sessions every week.

KISS trainer Alan from Camberley is conducting his weekly ADI Training session in Camberley. We have trainee driving instructors with us today from Aldershot, Andover, Basingstoke, Portsmouth and of course Farnborough. The trainees are all working on their client centred learning skills together in addition to doing Part 2 and Part 3 sessions with Alan and Brian. The 95% success rate of the KISS driving instructor training programme is attracting a regular stream of new trainees who want to become a driving instructor with us.
