KISS Driving Instructor Training

Some last minute one to one driving instructor training in Andover for Nick today with KISS Trainer Neil . Nick's time is restricted and so Neil has travelled to him instead of his normal ADI Training in Poole on Mondays. Nick has got his ADI Part 3 test in Southampton on Friday and according to Neil, fully understands our client centred training technique. It's been a long journey but it looks like Nick will complete his task to become a driving instructor in Andover this week. KISS Trainer Tony is in Ilford this afternoon to help our trainees who are Driving Instructor Training in East London . Neil, Atta, Jennie and Saidi are all working on ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 . Congratulations to Vicky from Andover who has passed her ADI Part 3 test of instructional ability today at Maybush Driving Test Centre in Southampton today. Vicky joined KISS driving instructor training in Southampton and worked primarily with KISS Trainer Neil from Bournemouth. Regular weekly ADI Training session in Bishops Stortford with KISS Trainer Tony today. Its good to see Gerry from Peterborough helping train our instructors now and usng our unique client centred learning technique and helping others with their ADI Part 3 skills. Haroon from East London who started early January is developing his ADI Part 2 driving skills and has now started to learn the briefing technique as part of his ADI Part 3 development. Slawa from Corby has been able to help and received some training himself.All of this is overseen as usual by KISS Trainer Tony.

This morning we have KISS Trainer Bob who lives in Fulham delivering ADI Training in South London with Fatumah from Mitcham helping. We've got six trainees all working to become a driving instructor developing their ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 skills. We also have two pupils joining us and they are getting to go out with a variety of people. Mudasser is developing his ADI Part 3 skills quickly now we have shown him how to use our unique training aids. He took a free driving instructor training session with KISS Trainer Bob and immediately realised he could qualify to become a driving instructor if he signed up, which he did. Mudasser's pupils are also recognising the difference now he is using our unique client centred learning technique.

KISS trainer Dieter has five trainees working witb him in Kingston this morning on their Part 2 and Part 3 skill s. Atta from Morden is preparing to work on a trainee licence and should be on the road teaching very soon. Mudasser has just joined us to complete his Part 3 ADI training having previously failed to get adequate training from two other trainers companies.   The KISS driving instructor training programm provides trainees working to become a driving instructor with a range of practical opportunities to develop their skills. KISS Trainer Rod and KISS Trainer Frances held their weekly ADI Training session in Anerley, South London today with four trainee instructors. Atta from Woolwich completed a Part 2 and Part 3 session and recieved very positive feedback for his efforts to become a driving instructor . Fatumah from Mitcham has been sitting in on lessons with some of our instructors and that is enabling her to understand better what she is trying to achieve with her own driving instructor training programme. Trainee driving Instructor Slawa from Corby is getting a one to one ADI training session in Cambridge with KISS Trainer Gary today. Slawa epitomises the enthusiasm that is achieved by our trainees when they follow the KISS driving instructor training programme. We had the pleasure of meeting one of Slawa's pupils three weeks ago and it was very obvious he was using the client centred learning techniques he has been trained to sue. We were able to use our coaching techniques to establsih the pupil had gained a good level of knowledge i just over 20 hours.of driving lessons .

Atta is attending today as he works to passhis Part 2 driving test at the first attempt. His aim is to begin teaching learners on a trainee licence as soon as possible. Atta is supervised and trained by KISSTrainer Tony and ADI's who work alongside him. Atta decided to become a driving instructor in South East London with KISS after taking advantage of our free training session offer then looking at other trainers . He has been able to attend two to three ADI training sessions every week since joining us due to the flexibility of the KISS driving instructor training programme.
