KISS Driving Instructor Training

KISS Trainer Rod and KISS Trainer Frances held their weekly ADI Training session in Anerley, South London today with four trainee instructors. Atta from Woolwich completed a Part 2 and Part 3 session and recieved very positive feedback for his efforts to become a driving instructor . Fatumah from Mitcham has been sitting in on lessons with some of our instructors and that is enabling her to understand better what she is trying to achieve with her own driving instructor training programme. Our unique training aids help trainee driving instructors to develop a good structure and the technique needed to deliver Client Centred Learning .  

KISS Trainer Rod is on hand to deliver ADI Training in South London this afternoon. Zahra is still off on maternity leave so more driving instructor training for all the others. As usual we have ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 trainees all working together and with the trainers and instructors. Big congratulations to KISS trainee instructor Zahra from Croydon and her husband on the arrival of their first child. Zahra has ta k en a short break from her ADI Part 3 development programme and intends to be back at work shortly. KISS Trainer Rod and KISS Trainer Bob and everyone involved in helping Zahra with her ADI Training in South London send their best wishes to Zahra and her new baby. Hopefully Zahra will visit us with the baby at our weekly sessions for Driving Instructor Training in London so we can all welcome the new arrival personally. Our trainees today have come from Bromley, Croydon, Greenwich and Woolwich. Very much part of the KISS Driving Instructor Training programme is the help we get from our local ADI's who turn up at our weekly ADI training sessions to help develop our trainees. At KISS we train people to becoema driving instructor first and pass the tests second. This is because a good driving instructor will be able to pass the tests. Someone who has been trained just to pass the tests invariably fails to develop their career according to statistics.

Watching KISS Trainer Rod work with Zahra from Croydon on her client centred learning skills this afternoon during the weekly ADI Training in South London. KISS Trainer Frances is working with Atta from Woolwich on his ADI Part 2 driving skills. Other trainees are working together and waiting for their turn to get one to one training. Driving Instructor Training needs to be presented in a simple and easily understood format to ensure anyone wanting to become a driving instructor can have a successful career. We work to train people to become a driving instructor first and pass the ADI Part 1 , ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 tests second. Our unique training aids help people to develop client centred learning skills the DVSA are now looking for in Approved Driving Instructors.

We have a lady joining us for a free driving instructor training session today in Anerley who has completed ADI Part 1 and ADI Part 2 tests with another Company. On her free ADI Training session she will be able to see some ADI Part 3 trainees working to become a driving instructor with us. She will also be able to work one to one with either KISS trainer Rod or KISS Trainer Frances who work together to deliver our client centred learning programme in South London

Congratulations to Noor from South London who has passed his Part 3 Test of Instructional Ability today from everyone working in the KISS driving instructor training in London . Noor passed her Part 1 Theory Test and Part 2 driving with another training organisation however she felt they were not able to help develop her Part 3 instructional skills . Noor lives in Thornoton Heath in South London and attends weekly ADI training sessions in Anerley, Battersea and Belvedere . Her lead trainers are Bob , Rod and Rob although she was helped by quite a few KISS driving instructors. She decided to become a driving instructor when she realised how flexible her work schedule would become.

We are back for 2015 ready to provide ADI Part 1, 2 & 3 Training for all our potential and approved driving instructors. Training starts at 3pm every Tuesday, meeting in Cambridge Grove. The KISS Team at Anerley are committed to delivering Part 2 driver and Part 3 in car Teacher training of the highest standard. Congratulations to Mah Noor and Omar ( both from the Norbury area) who gained their Green badge in December last year. All are welcome. Looking forward to seeing you.

KISS driving instructor Rodney Fyfe would like to offer Ma Noor from Croydon our congratulations on passing her ADI part 3 exam at Reigate on Tuesday 16th December. She worked very hard to achieve this and fully deserves it. At the moment we are still working with Nikhil to obtain his ADI part 3 and Jonathon from Greenwich on his ADI part 2 . We will be starting again at Anerley on Tuesday 6th January. Wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a good New Year.

Rod , Frances and the Anerley crew get together for their weekly driving instructor training sessions. Trainees from all over South London, Croydon, Eltham, Greenwich, Mitcham, New Malden, Streatham, Tooting Wallington and Wandsworth start arriving at around 3pm. Our ADI training works because our trainees are motivated by being able to work on Part 2 and Part 3 at the same time. As we all work together newer trainees get to see the progress and success of others. Keep it simple.

Driving instructor training in Anerely, South London takes a break this afternoon with Rod , Frances from Croydon as everyone gets ready for the areas Xmas party this evening. Whilst we enjoy delivering ADI training every week up to 20 ADI’s and trainees are expected to take a break and turn up for this annual get together. Rod , Frances and the team get stuck into, delivering driving instructor training to everyone who turned up. Some of the Part 3 trainees are busy helping train the trainees at different levels which others it helps them to become a driving instructor .

We are in Anerley near Crystal Palace this afternoon for one of four weekly driving instructor training sessions in South London. This is always one of our best attended ADI Training sessions every week with Rod , Frances and the team. Five trainees are working towards taking their Part 3 tests and we get them to help train our newer trainees. To train to become a driving instructor you need a wide variety of experiences including training others as you then see what it’s like for a pupil.

Three trainees are working towards taking their Part 3 tests and at the same time they are all busy helping trainees at different levels on their driving instructor training programme. Interesting reaction when we point out to trainees how, when they train others it helps them to become a driving instructor . There’s more than one way to skin a cat, so they say.
