KISS Driving Instructor Training

We have a weekly ADI training session in Reigate this afternoon as several trainees will be taking ADI Part 2 driving tests and ADI Part 3 Instructional Ability tests soon. Our trainee instructors from Croydon, Guildford, Reugate and South London are working together to become a driving instructor . The KISS Driving Instructor Training programme uses our unique training aids which simplify the learning process. We also use a client centred learning approach to training which ensures trainees learn as quickly as possible. Another one to one ADI training session in South London with KISS Trainers and we have five trainee driving instructors with us this morning. Zahra from Croydon is definately taking advantage of our unlimited driving instructor training in South London by going to three to four sessions a week. Mudasser is developing his ADI Part 3 skills quickly now we have shown him how to use our unique training aids. He took a free driving instructor training session with KISS Trainer Bob and immediately realised he could qualify to become a driving instructor if he signed up, which he did. Mudasser's pupils are also recognising the difference now he is using our unique client centred learning technique.

Zahra from Croydon had a very productive Part 3 driving instructor training session with KISS trainer Bob today. Bob helps trainees to become a driving instructor in and around Clapham Junction in South London on a daily basis. The KISS ADI training programme delivers unlimited training on Part 2 and Part 3 and Zahra has taken advantage of this opportunity. She has developed her briefing skills and has moved on to work on her Client Centred Learning (coaching) skills.

KISS Trainer Rod is in Sydenham, South London working with Atta, Ben, Hakim, Sandra and Zahra covering ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 training . Our trainees today have come from Bromley, Croydon, Greenwich and Woolwich. Very much part of the KISS Driving Instructor Training programme is the help we get from our local ADI's who turn up at our weekly ADI training sessions to help develop our trainees. At KISS we train people to becoema driving instructor first and pass the tests second. This is because a good driving instructor will be able to pass the tests. Someone who has been trained just to pass the tests invariably fails to develop their career according to statistics.

KISS Trainer Dieter has arranged to meet a couple of our trainee driving instructors near Reigate driving test centre for some ADI Part 3 training. When you choose to become a driving instructor with KISS you can arrange some one to one ADI Training as you approach your tests. Today we have both Mudassar and Zahra who are on driving instructor training , preparing to take their Part 3 tests sometime early next year. It is very important when teaching you are familiar with the area otherwise it will impact on your ability to teach.

Watching KISS Trainer Rod work with Zahra from Croydon on her client centred learning skills this afternoon during the weekly ADI Training in South London. KISS Trainer Frances is working with Atta from Woolwich on his ADI Part 2 driving skills. Other trainees are working together and waiting for their turn to get one to one training. Driving Instructor Training needs to be presented in a simple and easily understood format to ensure anyone wanting to become a driving instructor can have a successful career. We work to train people to become a driving instructor first and pass the ADI Part 1 , ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 tests second. Saturday morning ADI Training is always a lively KISS driving instructor training session for KISS Trainer Bo b and KissTrainer Abdu l in Clapham Junction in South West London. Today we have got trainee instructors and pupils coming from Battersea, Croydon, Mitcham, Kingston and Worcester Park. Our instructors bring their pupils to enable our trainees to develop their c lient centred learning skills. We can also provide mock tests and help in other ways with test preparation.
