KISS Driving Instructor Training

KISS trainer Dieter has five trainees working witb him in Kingston this morning on their Part 2 and Part 3 skill s. Atta from Morden is preparing to work on a trainee licence and should be on the road teaching very soon. Mudasser has just joined us to complete his Part 3 ADI training having previously failed to get adequate training from two other trainers companies.   The KISS driving instructor training programm provides trainees working to become a driving instructor with a range of practical opportunities to develop their skills. We offer unlimited training on a weekly basis in London and around the South East.

Congratulations go to KISS Trainer Dieter in Kingston and KISS Trainer Bob in Battersea, South London for there great efforts in helping Mudasser from Worcester Park pass his ADI Part 3 test. Mudasser came to us three months ago having joined another ADI training programme. He then went on too another driving instructor training programme and was left still struggling. As we taught Mudasser how to use our unique training aids and deliver our client centred learning technique he used them with his pupils. Both the pupils and Mudasser began to appreciate the ease at which learning took place. He even went back to one of his previous trainers and showed him, and the trainer commented he would now pass his ADI Part 3. Mudasser took his test at Reigate Driving Test Centre and benefitted from our comittment to train people to become a driving instructor first and pass tests second. His pass adds to the hundreds of others who have passed and helps maintian our 95% success rate .

KISS Trainer Dieter is leading our weekly ADI Training in Kingston this morning with six trainee instructors all working together to become a driving instructor . Atta is a little nervous as he starts to  work on a trainee licence and using his client centred learning skills. Haroon and Hakim are making good progress with their ADI Part 2 driving skills and their ADI Part 3 technique. Mudasser has brought a friend along for a free driving instructor training session to see how we deliver our ADI Part 3 training. His friend has been struggling to develop his teachiing skills in part because he doesn't have the training aids necessary. Whilst training with us he also observed 'how everyone was working so well together' and 'how simply the trainers identified my weaknesses and worked through things to help me improve/.

Today we have both Mudassar and Zahra who are on driving instructor training , preparing to take their Part 3 tests sometime early next year. It is very important when teaching you are familiar with the area otherwise it will impact on your ability to teach. 

It s a good turnout for our weekly driving instructor training in Surbiton this morning to work with KISS Trainer Dieter and KISS Trainer Bob . Today we have three trainees working on their ADI Part 3 skills and two trainees working on their ADI Part 2 development as well as getting involved in other ADI Training . Its good to see the KISS Trainers identify the weakness in the skills of the guys working to become a driving instructor in South West London and elsewhere, and help them.  

Kiss Trainer Bob is working hard this afternoon with one of our trainee instructors on her ADI Part 3 technique in South West London. This ADI training session is in addition to our weekly Driving Instructor Training which are held on Saturday mornings in Battersea. KISS Trainer Dieter from Epsom is delivering ADI training to two trainee instructros this morning from Morden and Worcester Park. Both are working on their ADI Part 3 skills and Attta in particular is getting ready to teach on a trainee licence. Dieter delivers driving instructor training in Kingston every tuesday morning. KISS Trainer Bob is working with five trainee instructors this morning aided by KISS Trainer Abdul Razzak . We have trainees from Battersea, Croydon, Kingston, as well as other parts of South London for the weekly ADI training session. These guys are working together on ADI Part 2 and 3 techniques. KISS driving instructor  training is relatively easy to deliver as long as our trainers all have a 'can do' attitude to helping our trainees succeed. Saturday morning ADI Training is always a lively KISS driving instructor training session for KISS Trainer Bo b and KissTrainer Abdu l in Clapham Junction in South West London. Today we have got trainee instructors and pupils coming from Battersea, Croydon, Mitcham, Kingston and Worcester Park. Our instructors bring their pupils to enable our trainees to develop their c lient centred learning skills. We can also provide mock tests and help in other ways with test preparation.

We would like to welcome on board Chalak from Aldershot who has joined our driving instructor training programme . Chalak was drawn to become a driving instructor because eight Nepalese people have completed their ADI training with us. Although hel ives in Aldershot Chalak has decided to work primarily with KISS trainer Dieter in Kingston. As and when his busy schedule allows, he will also attend our weekly training sessions in Camberley , Reading and Southampton . 

Dieter , Omar and the guys are doing their driving instructor training in Kingston this morning. Good turnout as usual as trainees turn up from Aldershot, Brentford, Guildford, Kingston, South London and Uxbridge. They are all having at least 2 ADI training sessions plus they are going out with learners. If you want to become a driving instructor in today's competitive marketplace you have to hit the ground running.

ADI training in Kingston today with Dieter , Omar and the team gearing up for driving instructor training with eight trainees and three pupils until about 1pm. Everyone getting at least one training session plus some of them get the chance to take learners out and then get feedback from the trainers. These guys need to hit the ground running when they start teaching for real to enable them to impress learners and compete.
