KISS Driving Instructor Training

Having passed his Part 2 driving test a few weeks ago KISS driving Iinstructor Neil has progressed to teaching learners on a trainee licence. Neil is supervsed and trained by KISS Trainer Tony and ADI's who work alongside him. Neil decided to become a driving instructor in East London because the flexibility suits his personal circumstances. He has been able to attend two to three ADI training sessions every week since joining us due to the flexibility of the KISS driving instructor training programme. The KISS programme has always enjoyed an industry leading 95% success rate as a result of the great committment of our instructors who all work collectively. Alexandra is doing some one to one ADI training today with KISS Trainer Tracey in Reading. They are working on Alexandra's Part 3 client centred learning skills. It's a busy morning in Reading today as six trainee instructors are here to work with KISS trainer Tracey. Tracey is supported today by KISS Trainer Brian from Newbury to ensure everyone gets at least two one to one driving instructor training session. Some of them are working on their Part 3 test preperation whilst others practice their Part 2 driving test skills. A couple of the trainees are working on a trainee licence and are working through the instructional techniques and core competencies.   Our programme focusses on using a client centred learning approach which much of the industry is still trying to get to grips with. The K ISS ADI training programme has always focussed on developing driving instructors Client Centred Learning (coaching) skills. O ur unique training aids have been developed to ensure our trainees find it easy to understand and use to develop their careers.

KISS trainer Tracey completed a one to one driving instructor training session in Reading to help Monica with her Part 3 test preperation. They worked through the instructional techniques and core competencies. Monica confirmed the session was very helpful in identifying areas of her client centred learning development.
