KISS Driving Instructor Training

KISS Trainer Neil from Wimborne has been working hard with Nick from Andover on his ADI Part 3 skills in preparation for a test at Maybush driving test centre in Southampton next week. We also have a few others with us today working on their own driving instructor training programmes including some of those who usually do their ADI Training in Basingstoke on Saturdays. KISS Trainers are able to deliver training six and sometimes seven days a week at various locations throughout the South of England. Dean from Basingstoke, Diane from Farnham and Lok from Aldershot have come to Farnborough for one to one  ADI training delivered by KISSTrainer Alan . Diane is working on ADI Part 2 and the other two guys are struggling with their ADI Part 3 techniques for the same problem but for different reasons, dialogue. The trainees are all working on their client centred learning skills together in addition to doing Part 2 and Part 3 sessions with Alan and Brian. The 95% success rate of the KISS driving instructor training programme is attracting a regular stream of new trainees who want to become a driving instructor with us.

Good start to the New Year with ten trainees at our first weekly ADI Training sessions in Camberley of 2016 with KISS Trainer Alan . Luckily we have three trainers on hand to ensure everyone working on ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 get at least 2 one to one driving instructor training sessions each. We want more people to train to become a driving instructor in Hampshire and Surrey in part because we have a few driving instructors coming up to retirement age. Having passed his Part 2 driving test a few weeks ago KISSdriving instructor Gary has progressed to teaching learners on a trainee licence. gary is supervised and trained by KISSTrainer Neil from Wimborne and ADI's who work alongside him. Gary decided to become a driving instructor in Bournemouth having been made redundant and because the flexibility suits his personal circumstances. He has been able to attend two to three ADI training sessions every week since joining us due to the flexibility of the KISS driving instructor training programme. The KISS programme has always enjoyed an industry leading 95% success rate as a result of the great effort of our instructors who all work collectively.
