KISS Driving Instructor Training

Dean from Basingstoke, Diane from Farnham and Lok from Aldershot have come to Farnborough for one to one  ADI training delivered by KISSTrainer Alan . Lok is working on ADI Part 2 and the other two are working on their ADI Part 3 techniques and dialogue. Sally is with us from Southampton and all are working hard to help them improve. The KISS driving instructor training programme ensures the trainers work together to collectively deliver client centred learning which helps everyone who wants to become a driving instructor . Because we offer unlimited training our trainee instructors are able to attend two to three training sessions every week.

Everyone convening for our regular weekly Driving Instructor Training in Farnborough this morning with KISS Trainer Alan . As usual half a dozen trainees from Aldershot, Basingstoke, Farnham, Newbury and Portsmouth are here today for ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 sessions. Our ADI Training enables everyone to work together to become a driving instructor . This delivers a much more comprehensive and succesful programme compared to a national average of 15%. Yet another success as Sadia from Newbury has passed her ADI Part 3 Test of instructional ability at the Reading Driving Test Centre at the first attempt. Sadia has been to our ADI Training in Camberley with KISS Trainer Alan . She has also been working to become a driving instructor with KISS Trainer Tracey in Reading. Our programme trains you to use a client centred learning approach to teaching learners which is faster and to a higher standard. the KISS Driving Instructor Training programme has a 95% success rate compared to a national average of 15%. We won't just train you to pass tests, we want you to become a driving instructor and have a sucessful career.

KISS trainer Alan from Camberley is conducting his weekly ADI Training session in Camberley. We have trainee driving instructors with us today from Aldershot, Andover, Basingstoke, Portsmouth and of course Farnborough. The trainees are all working on their client centred learning skills together in addition to doing Part 2 and Part 3 sessions with Alan and Brian. The 95% success rate of the KISS driving instructor training programme is attracting a regular stream of new trainees who want to become a driving instructor with us.

Good start to the New Year with ten trainees at our first weekly ADI Training sessions in Camberley of 2016 with KISS Trainer Alan . Luckily we have three trainers on hand to ensure everyone working on ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 get at least 2 one to one driving instructor training sessions each. We want more people to train to become a driving instructor in Hampshire and Surrey in part because we have a few driving instructors coming up to retirement age. All of them are working together to develop their client centred learning skills using our unique technique.

Because we offer unlimited training our trainee instructors are able to attend two to three training sessions every week.

If you want to become a driving instructor you need to keep in mind six simple but key words. These are What, Why, How and Tell, Ask and Watch. When you are a driving instructor you must teach your pupils What they need to do, Why they need to do it and How they should do it. When they make a mistake, What was wrong, Why is it wrong and How do we fix it.To make sure your level of instruction is correct watch the pupil and then Tell them what to do, Ask what they should be doing or simply keep Watching. In that way you keep it simple and deliver client centred learning which speeds up the learning process. We use exactly the same technique in our driving instructor training programme because it's simple to use and it delivers success. Our ADI training has a 95% success rate in part because our unique training and aids deliver what you need to qualify and you don't need to do any home study.

The KISS driving instructor training programme is different from the rest in part because we have our own simple but unique training aids and technique. It's a busy morning in Reading today as six trainee instructors are here to work with KISS trainer Tracey. Tracey is supported today by KISS Trainer Brian from Newbury to ensure everyone gets at least two one to one driving instructor training session. Some of them are working on their Part 3 test preperation whilst others practice their Part 2 driving test skills. A couple of the trainees are working on a trainee licence and are working through the instructional techniques and core competencies.   Our programme focusses on using a client centred learning approach which much of the industry is still trying to get to grips with. KISS trainer Tracey completed a one to one driving instructor training session in Reading to help Monica with her Part 3 test preperation. They worked through the instructional techniques and core competencies. Monica confirmed the session was very helpful in identifying areas of her client centred learning development. The K ISS ADI training programme has always focussed on developing driving instructors Client Centred Learning (coaching) skills. O ur unique training aids have been developed to ensure our trainees find it easy to understand and use to devlop their careers.   

We would like to welcome on board Chalak from Aldershot who has joined our driving instructor training programme . Chalak was drawn to become a driving instructor because eight Nepalese people have completed their ADI training with us. Although hel ives in Aldershot Chalak has decided to work primarily with KISS trainer Dieter in Kingston. As and when his busy schedule allows, he will also attend our weekly training sessions in Camberley , Reading and Southampton . 

Harry from Aldershot tells us today he has passed Part 1 of his driving instructor training programme and he's keen to complete Part 2 as soon as he can. As he joins us every week in Camberley for our regular ADI training sessions we will be able to help him achieve his ambition to become a driving instructor this year.

Driving instructor training in Camberley today with fifteen cars turning up for our ADI training programme . Trainees from Aldershot, Basingstoke, Camberley, Farnborough, Guildford, Reading, Sandhurst and Woking are coming in to get as many training sessions in as possible.
