We have a weekly ADI training session in Reigate this afternoon as several trainees will be taking ADI Part 2 driving tests and ADI Part 3 Instructional Ability tests soon. Our trainee instructors from Croydon, Guildford, Reugate and South London are working together to become a driving instructor . KISS Trainer Dieter is in Reigate this afternoon with a few of our trainee driving instructors for some ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 training. When you choose to become a driving instructor with KISS you can arrange some one to one ADI Training as you approach your tests. Today we have Haroon, Mudassar and Zahra from South London who are working on their driving instructor training programme. It is very important when teaching you are familiar with the area otherwise it will impact to deliver a client centred learning approach to teaching. 

The topic of conversation at this weeks KISS Driving Instructor Training in South London is one handed steering' and what constitutes a driving or serious fault. We talk a lot about brain function during our ADI Training sessions as part of our client centred learning programme. When you train to become a driving instructor with KISS you are trained to use simple coaching techniques which help you to make a living as an Approved Driving Instructor . Once you achieve the standards we help you develop you will have an understanding of Nuero Linguistic Programming and other such coaching skills. Our trainees today have come from Bexley, East London, Greenwich and Woolwich to work with KISS Trainer Rob who lives in Sidcup.

Another one to one ADI training session in South London with KISS Trainers and we have five trainee driving instructors with us this morning. Zahra from Croydon is definately taking advantage of our unlimited driving instructor training in South London by going to three to four sessions a week. Mudasser is developing his ADI Part 3 skills quickly now we have shown him how to use our unique training aids. He took a free driving instructor training session with KISS Trainer Bob and immediately realised he could qualify to become a driving instructor if he signed up, which he did. Mudasser's pupils are also recognising the difference now he is using our unique client centred learning technique.

KISS Trainer Rod and KISS Trainer Frances held their weekly ADI Training session in Anerley, South London today with four trainee instructors. Atta from Woolwich completed a Part 2 and Part 3 session and recieved very positive feedback for his efforts to become a driving instructor . Fatumah from Mitcham has been sitting in on lessons with some of our instructors and that is enabling her to understand better what she is trying to achieve with her own driving instructor training programme. Our unique training aids help trainee driving instructors to develop a good structure and the technique needed to deliver Client Centred Learning .  

This will be the last ADI training session in Battersea until the new year and we have five trainee driving instructors with us this morning. Zahra from Croydon is definately taking advantage of our unlimited driving instructor training in South London by going to three to four sessions a week. Atta is a little nervous as he starts to  work on a trainee licence and using his client centred learning skills. Haroon and Hakim are making good progress with their ADI Part 2 driving skills and their ADI Part 3 technique. Mudasser has brought a friend along for a free driving instructor training session to see how we deliver our ADI Part 3 training. His friend has been struggling to develop his teachiing skills in part because he doesn't have the training aids necessary. Whilst training with us he also observed 'how everyone was working so well together' and 'how simply the trainers identified my weaknesses and worked through things to help me improve/.

At KISS we train people to becoema driving instructor first and pass the tests second. This is because a good driving instructor will be able to pass the tests. Someone who has been trained just to pass the tests invariably fails to develop their career according to statistics.

KISS Trainer Bob from Fulham, is conducting one to one ADI training in Clapham with three of our trainee instructors. None of them can can make any of our weekly driving instructor training sessions this week in South London. Sandra from Stockwell and Mudasser are working hard on their ADI Part 3 skills. Hakim is working on ADI Part 2 and other part of working to become a driving instructor .

We have a lady joining us for a free driving instructor training session today in Anerley who has completed ADI Part 1 and ADI Part 2 tests with another Company. On her free ADI Training session she will be able to see some ADI Part 3 trainees working to become a driving instructor with us. She will also be able to work one to one with either KISS trainer Rod or KISS Trainer Frances who work together to deliver our client centred learning programme in South London

KISS Trainer Dieter is in Kingston working with five trainees who are all working to become a driving instructor following the KISS Driving Instructor Training programme.
