KISS Driving Instructor Training

Dean from Basingstoke, Diane from Farnham and Lok from Aldershot have come to Farnborough for one to one  ADI training delivered by KISSTrainer Alan . Lok is working on ADI Part 2 and the other two are working on their ADI Part 3 techniques and dialogue. Sally is with us from Southampton and all are working hard to help them improve. The KISS driving instructor training programme ensures the trainers work together to collectively deliver client centred learning which helps everyone who wants to become a driving instructor . Because we offer unlimited training our trainee instructors are able to attend two to three training sessions every week.

Very proud of KISS trainer Sally in Basingstoke who led the Big Red Learner relay from Basingstoke to Newbury today in support of Children in Need . Sally was supported by several trainees on the KISS driving instructor  training programme .

Congratulations to Paul Greenwood for passing his ADI Part 2 test . Paul chose Winchester to take his test and passed easily with only 2 faults. Paul has been training at Basingstoke and Camberley , and now he is well on the way to applying for his pink license. We look forward to welcoming him to the roads of Basingstoke and helping him towards the Part 3 test and beyond.

KISS driving instructor Sally Hall reports on fantastic news for one of our Basingstoke PDI's. Paul Greenwood has passed his part 1 with flying colours. What a great way to start the Christmas festivities. We'll be hard at work now in the new year continuing to train with him for ADI parts 2 & 3 . He'll be out on the road with his pink badge in no time. Congratulations to Paul from all at KISS driving instructor training school . 

We're very pleased to welcome Rupert Easton-Orr who joined us today as a trainee instructor. Rupert lives in Salisbury and will be training with us in Basingstoke on Saturdays, and hopefully in some of our other local training centre's as well. Rupert has been a motorcycle instructor in the past so should be on the road as a PDI in no time at all. We're looking forward to working with Rupert and help him progress in his new career. Congratulations to Ben Shand who passed his ADI part 3 exam on the first attempt. This follows training with Sally at Basingstoke and he also attended some training sessions at Camberley. Glad to have been of help to Ben and wishing him all the best in his new career.

An update on our Basingstoke training.  We held our first 'classroom' session this evening. We commandeered a corner of a local hotel and it worked well. We covered use of signals and pedestrian crossings. Some good positive comments at the end from everyone so we booked another one. It was attended by Zoe, Di, & Paul, our Basingstoke trainees, and Mekh came from Aldershot too. KISS driving instructor trainer Sally Hall is looking forward to the next one. 

Well it poured with rain but we didn't let it put us off our first instructor training session in Basingstoke. From left to right, Zoe, Sally (ADI) , Paul, Di, and Michelle. We look forward to making this a weekly event and attracting more trainees to KISS driving instructor training sessions.

We are so pleased to welcome 2 new trainee instructors to KISS driver training. Diane is from Hatch Warren near Basingstoke & Paul is from Basingstoke town centre. We are so busy in the Basingstoke area and we can't wait to get them up & running, that'll take some of the pressure off. Paul has been working in the area of training previously, so hopefully that will help him in his new career. We threw him in the deep end when we recently helped out at the road safety event at Brockenhurst, he coped admirably and really enjoyed himself, it looks like he'll make a very good instructor. Diane decided to start her new career when her son took lessons with our instructor Michelle. Well done Michelle, what an inspiration you must be. We are also starting Instructor training sessions in Basingstoke on 4th Oct, this will add to the already established training at various locations in the South East, & we welcome anyone to come along and see what we do.

Driving instructor training in Basingstoke as Sally works with  Zoe and Ben who has come over from Andover. Zoe is almost ready and eager to start work on her ADI training skills delivering driving lessons in Basingstoke, Newbury and Reading. Ben is now married and is keen to become a driving instructor before the end of the year.

Sally is working with Ben from Andover and Zoe from Basingstoke on their driving instructor training skills. Zoe has booked a Part driving test at Reading driving test centre and Ben is getting married. Ben has decided its best to keep working on Part 2 and Part 3 ADI training and not take any tests until the wedding is out of the way. He is learning how to use our unique training aids with the help of both Sally and Zoe. He is keen to get out there and start teaching and is working hard to become a driving instructor with KISS .

Alan , Brian , Kaye and Sally are in Camberley all day delivering Part 2 and Part 3 ADI training to nine trainees and we also have four learners with us today. The three new trainees are all enthusiastically working on their own driving instructor training programmes and watching what the more advanced trainees are doing. Its good to see so many people all working together and helping each other to become a driving instructor .

Driving instructor training is taking place with Sally and Slava in Basingstoke this morning. Ben from Andover, Claire from Sandhurst and Zoe are all doing some more Part 2 driving instructor training and Part 3 instructional techniques . The smiles on their faces shows us they have the enthusiasm and with our unique programme they should all easily become a driving instructor in their own areas.

A big congratulations to Nembang who has passed his Part 3 test at the first attempt with us at Guildford Driving Test Centre. Yet another success for our driving instructor training with Alan , Brian , Kaye and Sally in Camberley, Bob , Dieter and Omar  in Kingston and Reigate. Most importantly if you want to become a driving instructor you have to get as much ADI training as possible to achieve this level of competence so many of our driving instructors achieve.   

Sally is in Basingstoke today with Ben from Andover, Blair from Aldershot and Ram from Farnborough doing Part 2 and Part 3 driving instructor training . They all look pretty happy with the ADI training we are delivering in Surrey and Hampshire.

Sally is in Basingstoke this morning doing some more Part 2 driving instructor training with Ben from Andover, Zoe from Basingstoke and Claire from Farnborough, all of them newcomers. All of them recently took advantage of our offer of attending a Free ADI Training session and were easily convinced our training will help them become a driving instructor in their own areas.

Sally is with Ben from Andover in Basingstoke again today for some more Part 2 driving instructor training . We are expecting Ben to start doing more ADI training in Camberley as and when his shifts at Heathrow allow him too. Because Ben has tried to qualify before we expect he will move through the programme to become a driving instructor quicker than most other trainees .
