KISS Driving Instructor Training

ADI training in Ilford as usual this afternoon with Mark , Tony and our usual group of trainee driving instructors. These guys all desperately want to become a driving instructor as soon as possible either because they are unemployed or want to change jobs. Our driving instructor training delivers a 95% success rate and these guys from Hackney, East London, Dagenham, Loughton and Romford will qualify before not too much longer.

Weekly driving instructor training session in Belvedere today with Rob from Sidcup and Christine from Abbeywood . ADI training is taking place with Kevin from Greenwich In South London, Emanuel from Thamesmead, Nickhill from Bromley and Noor from Thornton Heath. be done collectively so everyone learns comprehensively, and as they say success breeds success. 95% success rate.

It's all happening in East London today as Lucy from Ilford takes the new Standards test and gets a Grade A. Lucy is the first of our instructors to take the newly structured test which is focused on our technique of client centred learning . No change for us, major change for many other ADIs.

A new driving instructor training session is being held in Ilford today with Jennie, Claire and Tony. Claire from Hackney, East London is the most advanced and she is helping James deliver ADI training to the other two. All three are expected to achieve their ambition to become a driving instructor before the end of the year in Hackney, Dagenham and Romford.

Great news coming in as we hear Claire has passed her Part 1 Theory test in Ilford today. Claire from Hackney in East London has been on our driving instructor training programme for just over six months. Because we have completed a lot of her ADI training we now expect Claire to take her Part 2 driving test at Goodmayes driving test centre in about two weeks. Then in her efforts to become a driving instructor we expect her to be doing diving lessons in East London in about four weeks.

Congratulations to Jennie from Dagenham on passing Part 1 of the three tests to become a driving instructor . Jennie has been doing her ADI training in Ilford with Mark and Tony and is almost ready to start teaching as a driving instructor. We expect Jennie to take and pass Part 2 of our driving instructor training programme within the next few weeks and start teaching in the summer.

Great news coming in as we hear Dave from Romford has passed his Part 2 driving test at the first attempt at Goodmayes driving test centre. Dave joined our driving instructor training programme six months ago and is almost ready to start teaching. He started doing the Part 3 ADI training at the beginning of he year and was held up by a recent bereavement. Expect to see him on the roads as a driving instructor in Romford and East London shortly.

Driving instructor training with Mark , Tony and 5 trainee driving instructors again in Ilford is going smoothly. Everyone gets a Part 2 and a Part 3 ADI training session and moves forward with their efforts to become a driving instructor in Hackney, East London and Dagenham, Loughton and Romford in Essex.

Jennie and Claire are getting together today in Hackney to help each other with their driving instructor training . Both are progressing well with their ADI training programme and will be teaching learners soon on a trainee licence. This extra effort they are making will help them to become a driving instructor in East London quicker.

Kevin from Greenwich is working with Amy from Orpington at Belvedere driving test centre in South London to help him get ready for his Part 3 test . Kevin is hoping to complete his ADI training and become a driving instructor in South London in the next three months. Keep working on watching your pupil and developing your dialogue Kevin and you will soon complete your driving instructor training programme.

Ilford driving instructor training this afternoon with Mark and Tony with Dave from Romford, Claire from Hackney and Jennie from Dagenham. All have smiles on their faces and all are eager to become a driving instructor in East London and Essex.

Christine , Rob and crew get together near Belvedere driving test centre for ADI training this morning. Good turnout with trainees learning to become a driving instructor in South London coming from Catford, Eltham, Greenwich, Hackney, Romford, Sidcup, Streatham and Thornton Heath, all working on our unique driving instructor training programme .

Rob from Sidcup is working one to one with one of our Part 3 trainees who is working to become a driving instructor in South London with us. Peter had previously done his driving instructor training with another company and just managed to pass his Part 2 driving test . He quickly established however, they were not able to do his ADI training to a high enough standard and so he has joined our programme.

We are working with Zafar in East London on the coaching and driving modules of our fleet driver trainer course this afternoon. We looked at the two/three lane complexities of driving up and down both the A12 and the A406 (north circular) including the varying and unclear road signs and markings. This was followed by an hour of coaching skills training specifically targeted at how to work with professionals who have to drive as part of their work.

Driving instructor training this afternoon in Ilford with Tony and Mark and five trainees from East London and Essex working on driving instructor training Part 2 and 3 . Everyone gets three ADI training sessions over the four hour afternoon session. Claire from Hackney and Dave from Romford are working on manoeuvres and general driving skills as they will be taking their Part 2 tests Goodmayes driving test centre soon. Jennie from Dagenham is doing Part 3 phase 2 and was learning to Q & A effectively before moving off.

Another great result as Rajesh delivers an excellent performance to pass his Part 3 at Belvedere driving test centre in Kent. Rajesh became disillusioned with the AA trainer when he said ‘I’m not giving you my unique selling point (USP)’. Isn’t that the point, the trainers at KISS are training you to be as good if not better than they are. Christine , Rob and Amy run the ADI training programme in Belvedere each week and without exception everyone will become a driving instructor to the highest standards with them. Well done Rajesh.
