As usual half a dozen trainees from Aldershot, Basingstoke, Farnham, Newbury and Portsmouth are here today for ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 sessions. Our ADI Training enables everyone to work together to become a driving instructor . This delivers a much more comprehensive and succesful programme compared to a national average of 15%. Driving Instructor Training in Reading this morning with KISS Trainer Tracey . We have five trainees here today all working together on ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 training. Yet another success as Sadia from Newbury has passed her ADI Part 3 Test of instructional ability at the Reading Driving Test Centre at the first attempt. Sadia has been to our ADI Training in Camberley with KISS Trainer Alan . She has also been working to become a driving instructor with KISS Trainer Tracey in Reading. Our programme trains you to use a client centred learning approach to teaching learners which is faster and to a higher standard. the KISS Driving Instructor Training programme has a 95% success rate compared to a national average of 15%. The other trainees are all working on their ADI Part 3 instructional ability skills. As they progress our job is to identify any weaknesses they can then work on with learners. The trainees are all helping each other on ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 skills today and along with help from KISS Trainer Brian from Newbury they all get a couple of one to one ADI Training sessions. These guys are all working hard together to help each other become a driving instructor and have a succesdull career.

KISS Trainer Tracey has been joined by trainees Alexandra and Sadia fron Newbury for a one to one ADI Training session near Reading driving test centre this morning. Both of these trainees are working hard to develop their ADI Part 3 skills in order to complete their driving instructor training programme.  Both of them decided to become a driving instructor with KISS at around the same time and have progressed together through the qualifying process, supporting each other along the way. KISS Trainer Tracey from Reading is in Newbury this afternoon to do some one to one ADI Part 3 training with Saida who is struggling with her client centred learning technique. As with other trainee driving instructors Sadia is struggling with the concept of asking simple questions. Tracey has identified the problem and provided a very simple solution, which is to use the very simple and unique training aids . The dialogue needed to teach well is actucally very simple but you will need to used closed questioning to deliver brisk, competent briefings. On the move you will need to be very structured and literal to enable the pupil to respond properly. It's a busy morning in Reading today as six trainee instructors are here to work with KISS trainer Tracey. Tracey is supported today by KISS Trainer Brian from Newbury to ensure everyone gets at least two one to one driving instructor training session. Some of them are working on their Part 3 test preperation whilst others practice their Part 2 driving test skills. A couple of the trainees are working on a trainee licence and are working through the instructional techniques and core competencies.   Our programme focusses on using a client centred learning approach which much of the industry is still trying to get to grips with. The K ISS ADI training programme has always focussed on developing driving instructors Client Centred Learning (coaching) skills. O ur unique training aids have been developed to ensure our trainees find it easy to understand and use to develop their careers.

Very proud of KISS trainer Sally in Basingstoke who led the Big Red Learner relay from Basingstoke to Newbury today in support of Children in Need . Sally was supported by several trainees on the KISS driving instructor  training programme .

Driving instructor training in Newbury with two trainees as Brian charms and guides his trainees towards their goal of becoming a driving instructor in the near future. On the Part 2 session they went up to through Thatcham and on into Reading where the practical driving test will take place.
