KISS Trainer Tracey from Reading is in Newbury this afternoon to do some one to one ADI Part 3 training with Saida who is struggling with her client centred learning technique. As with other trainee driving instructors Sadia is struggling with the concept of asking simple questions.

Tracey has identified the problem and provided a very simple solution, which is to use the very simple and unique training aids. The dialogue needed to teach well is actucally very simple but you will need to used closed questioning to deliver brisk, competent briefings.

On the move you will need to be very structured and literal to enable the pupil to respond properly. The KISS Driving Instructor Training programme provides you with everything you need to complete your ADI Training to become a driving instructor.

Atta from Woolwich completed a Part 2 and Part 3 session and recieved very positive feedback for his efforts to become a driving instructor . Fatumah from Mitcham has been sitting in on lessons with some of our instructors and that is enabling her to understand better what she is trying to achieve with her own driving instructor training programme.
