Driving Instructor Training in West London

KISS Trainer Bob from Fulaham is meeting in Twickenham with a trainee instructor from another ADI Training Company who is struggling with his ADI Part 3 training. It takes about twenty minutes to establsih why he is struggling and then Bob introduces the KISS unique training aids and technique.

By the end of the session the trainee can't wait to get hold of his own set of aids and the next session to help him become a driving instructor. The DSA have shown, over the last ten years or more they are unable to drive through change and they certainly haven’t demonstrated how they would train instructors to meet their currently stated  needs. In Germany trainee instructors go to university for six months to study phsycology. Ask a Part 3 examiner ‘why do you want to drive’ and you are likely get the response ‘what’s that got to do with anything’. The first issue is that there are too many trainers with insufficient knowledge to train instructors, particularly in the skills of ‘client centred learning. Similarly they will not be able to deliver coaching skills training, essential to delivering the higher levels of the GDE Matrix. Driving Instructor Training in Cambridge

KISS Trainer Gary is doing one to one ADI Training in Cambridge with Slawa and Jerry today. Both of these guys are really working hard to become a driving instructor in their areas, which are Corby and Peterborough. We anticipate both will complete their driving instructor training programme in the next two to three months. KISS Trainers are all trained in-house to deliver our own unique client centred learning techniques using our unique training aids.
