KISS Driving Instructor Training

KISS Trainer Kaye is doing some one to one ADI Training in West London today with Hakim from Putney and Rushni who has just joined us. Rushni is working on her ADI Part 2 driving skills and Hakim is doing ADI Part 3 and as Rushni watches.  Both of them are working to develop their cleint centred learning skills using our unique training aids. Our weekly Driving Instructor Training in London takes place at seven locations and enables us to deliver unlimited training. ADI training in West London this afternoon with Kaye working hard on Part 2 driving instructor training and Part 3 . These guys are all working hard to become a driving instructor in their own areas which are Brentford, Hayes and Uxbridge.

Driving instructor training in West London with Kaye today as Geta from Brentford, Ilham from Uxbridge and Manny from High Wycombe turn up for ADI training. Geta is growing in confidence as we get her to help the others in their ambitions to become a driving instructor .

Geta from Brentwood and Nash from Stanmore are working on their Part 3 driving instructor training skills with Kaye from West London today. Geta’s confidence in her own ability is growing slowly and both during and beyond the ADI training sessions she is actually doing very well. In working to become a driving instructor it is very important we watch these guys perform with real drivers because this gives us a clearer picture of their real skills.

Another order from the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) for our driving instructor training in West London. Kaye from Uxbridge will soon begin Part 2 and Part 3 ADI training near Hayes driving test centre with the person funded by DWP to become a driving instructor . Seems DWP are investing in our 95% success rate.

The car park is full again today for our weekly driving instructor training in Camberley with fifteen cars here at any one time. ADI training goes on all day as usual because of the numbers arriving from Aldershot, Andover, Basingstoke, Camberley, Guildford, Kingston, Reading, Reigate, Southampton and Tadley. Alan , Brian and Kaye are leading the training for everyone wanting to become a driving instructor .

Nash is meeting Kaye in Uxbridge this pm for a Part 3 one-to-one driving instructor training session. ADI training is about finding solutions to every individuals personal needs. We have a 95% success rate because our trainers are patient and we deliver unlimited training to become a driving instructor , however long it takes.

Kaye from Northolt is working with Geta from Brentford, Ilhem from Uxbridge, James from Hayes and Nash from Stanmore on their Part 2 driving skills and part 3 driving instructor training . Geta is doing a great job of supporting Kaye on the delivery of our ADI training . Ilhem is struggling for consistency but is enthusiastically working to progress. James needs and is getting extra help from Kaye, Geta and Nash during the week as he has limited opportunities to practice on his own.

Alan , Brian , Kaye and Sally are in Camberley all day delivering Part 2 and Part 3 ADI training to nine trainees and we also have four learners with us today. The three new trainees are all enthusiastically working on their own driving instructor training programmes and watching what the more advanced trainees are doing. Its good to see so many people all working together and helping each other to become a driving instructor .

Geta from Brentford, James from Hayes and Ilhem from Uxbridge are all working with KISS driving instructor Kaye from Northolt on Part 2 and Part 3 driving instructor training in West London. Get has almost completed her Part 3 ADI training and should soon become a driving instructor . Ilhem has made great progress with her Part 2 and is now getting her head round how to do Part 3. James is just getting into Part 2.

Todays driving instructor training session with Kaye for the West London trainees involves Ilhem from Uxbridge and James from Hayes working on Part 2 together. Geta from Brentford is working on Part 3 with Kaye to enable Geta to take a Part 3 test early in the new year. All of them are applying themselves well given the Xmas break is just round the corner. Well done guys.

They are joined later by James who is working on his Part 2 driving skills and for today Kaye sits in the back and helps Nash use and develop his ADI training skills with James. They took James up to Northolt, out to Harrow, and then down into West London, working on reading the road ahead.

Driving instructor training in West London, joining Kaye is Geta from Brentford working on Part 3 Ilhem from Uxbridge and James from Hayes both working on Part 2 driving lessons. Geta and Ilhem are progressing well. James is looking good to become a driving instructor in the early days of his ADI training.

Kaye meets Ilhem from Uxbridge at Hayes driving test centre today to work on her Part 2 driving skills. Ilhem seems to have developed the enthusiasm for training with us now and is attending three to four ADI training sessions every week. During todays driving instructor training session they drove out to Slough, Maidenhead, Windsor and back through Hounslow. Ilhem just needs to work on consistency which will come with the effort she is applying.

Kaye is working with James from Hayes on Part 2 of his driving instructor training programme in West London, looking at how to anticipate other road users behaviour. She also took some time to introduce him to the Part 3 ADI training structure and schedule. James has only just begun his path to become a driving instructor .

James from Hayes and Ilhem from Uxbridge are doing ADI training with Kaye in West London . Both are working hard on their Part 2 driving instructor training and getting ready to take their practical driving test at Hayes driving test centre. James is also planning to spend some time watching Kaye work with a pupil in Slough on an intensive driving course .
