KISS trainer Neil who lives in Wimborne completed a one to one driving instructor training session in Poole with Dave from Bournemouth. This was to help with his Part 3 test preparation and they worked through the instructional techniques and core competencies. KISS trainer Dieter has five trainees working witb him in Kingston this morning on their Part 2 and Part 3 skill s. Atta from Morden is preparing to work on a trainee licence and should be on the road teaching very soon. Mudasser has just joined us to complete his Part 3 ADI training having previously failed to get adequate training from two other trainers companies.   The KISS driving instructor training programm provides trainees working to become a driving instructor with a range of practical opportunities to develop their skills. Trainee driving Instructor Slawa from Corby is getting a one to one ADI training session in Cambridge with KISS Trainer Gary today. Slawa epitomises the enthusiasm that is achieved by our trainees when they follow the KISS driving instructor training programme. We had the pleasure of meeting one of Slawa's pupils three weeks ago and it was very obvious he was using the client centred learning techniques he has been trained to sue. We were able to use our coaching techniques to establsih the pupil had gained a good level of knowledge i just over 20 hours.of driving lessons .

Atta is attending today as he works to passhis Part 2 driving test at the first attempt. His aim is to begin teaching learners on a trainee licence as soon as possible. Atta is supervised and trained by KISSTrainer Tony and ADI's who work alongside him. Atta decided to become a driving instructor in South East London with KISS after taking advantage of our free training session offer then looking at other trainers . He has been able to attend two to three ADI training sessions every week since joining us due to the flexibility of the KISS driving instructor training programme. Our weekly driving instructor training session in Camberley run by KISS Trainer Alan is underway. We start at around 9am and deliver ADI Training throughout the day often up until 4pm. KISS Trainer Brian from Newbury comes along to add his expertise. A few of our other ADI's from Farnborough and areas help as well because we all remember what it was like to learn to become driving instructor . Trainees have come from Aldershot, Camberley, Guildford, Newbury, Portsmouth and Southampton. Some bring pupilsso they can have mock tests and to help trainees gain experience.

Zahra from Croydon had a very productive Part 3 driving instructor training session with KISS trainer Bob today. Bob helps trainees to become a driving instructor in and around Clapham Junction in South London on a daily basis. The KISS ADI training programme delivers unlimited training on Part 2 and Part 3 and Zahra has taken advantage of this opportunity. She has developed her briefing skills and has moved on to work on her Client Centred Learning (coaching) skills.

The KISS Driving Instructor Training programme covering East London is probably the only one that offers Saturday afternoon ADI training on a regular weekly basis. Paul from Basingstoke, Diane from Farnham and Chalak from Aldershot have come to Farnborough some one to one  ADI training delivered by KISSTrainer alan . Diane is working on ADI Part 2 and the other two guys are struggling with their ADI Part 3 techniques for the same problem but for different reasons, dialogue. KISS trainer Alan from Camberley is conducting his weekly ADI Training session in Camberley. We have trainee driving instructors with us today from Aldershot, Andover, Basingstoke, Portsmouth and of course Farnborough. The trainees are all working on their client centred learning skills together in addition to doing Part 2 and Part 3 sessions with Alan and Brian. The 95% success rate of the KISS driving instructor training programme is attracting a regular stream of new trainees who want to become a driving instructor with us.

KISS Trainer Bob is working with five trainee instructors this morning aided by KISS Trainer Abdul Razzak . We have trainees from Battersea, Croydon, Kingston, as well as other parts of South London for the weekly ADI training session. These guys are working together on ADI Part 2 and 3 techniques. KISS driving instructor  training is relatively easy to deliver as long as our trainers all have a 'can do' attitude to helping our trainees succeed. KISStrainer Tracey is conducting a weekly ADI Training session in Reading today. We have trainee driving instructors with us today from Basingstoke, Newbury and Oxford. The trainees are all working on their client centred learning skills together in addition to doing Part 2 and Part 3 sessions with Neil and Albert. KISSTrainer Rob held the weekly ADI Training session in Belvedere, South East London today with four trainee instructors. Atta from Woolwich completed a Part 2 and Part 3 session and received very positive feedback for his efforts to become a driving instructor . Fatumah from Mitcham has been sitting in on lessons with some of our instructors and that is enabling her to understand better what she is trying to achieve with her own driving instructor training programme.
