KISS Driving Instructor Training

This morning we have KISS Trainer Bob who lives in Fulham delivering ADI Training in South London with Fatumah from Mitcham helping. We've got six trainees all working to become a driving instructor developing their ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 skills. We also have two pupils joining us and they are getting to go out with a variety of people. Congratulations go to KISS Trainer Dieter in Kingston and KISS Trainer Bob in Battersea, South London for there great efforts in helping Mudasser from Worcester Park pass his ADI Part 3 test. Mudasser came to us three months ago having joined another ADI training programme. He then went on too another driving instructor training programme and was left still struggling. As we taught Mudasser how to use our unique training aids and deliver our client centred learning technique he used them with his pupils. Both the pupils and Mudasser began to appreciate the ease at which learning took place. He even went back to one of his previous trainers and showed him, and the trainer commented he would now pass his ADI Part 3. Mudasser took his test at Reigate Driving Test Centre and benefitted from our comittment to train people to become a driving instructor first and pass tests second. His pass adds to the hundreds of others who have passed and helps maintian our 95% success rate .

Today our driving instructor training programme is delivering ADI Training to trainees from Erith, Greenwich, Woolwich and other parts of South and East London and Maidstone in Kent. KISS Trainer Bob is holding his regular Saturday ADI training session today in Battersea in London.  We have trainees and pupils coming in from West London, South London and from the Kingston area. They will be working on ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 skills including developing their client centred learning skills. Battersea, South London is one of three locations where we offer free driving instructor training on Saturdays which helps people who work Monday to Friday. Zahra from Croydon had a very productive Part 3 driving instructor training session with KISS trainer Bob today. Bob helps trainees to become a driving instructor in and around Clapham Junction in South London on a daily basis. The KISS ADI training programme delivers unlimited training on Part 2 and Part 3 and Zahra has taken advantage of this opportunity. She has developed her briefing skills and has moved on to work on her Client Centred Learning (coaching) skills.

First ADI Training session back for our trainees with KISS Trainer Rob in Belvedere near Woolwich in South East London today. Nice to see Kevin one of our ADI's turn up to help deliver our Driving Instructor Training to five trainees. Kevin has also brought a pupil from Sidcup along who needs our help in preparing for their driving test. This will be the last ADI training session in Battersea until the new year and we have five trainee driving instructors with us this morning. Zahra from Croydon is definately taking advantage of our unlimited driving instructor training in South London by going to three to four sessions a week. Mudasser is developing his ADI Part 3 skills quickly now we have shown him how to develop and he's using our unique training aids. He originally joined another training company then switched to a second trainer. he then took a free training session with KISS Trainer Bob and immediately realised he could qualify to become a driving instructor if he signed up, which he did. Mudasser's pupils are also recognising the difference now he is using our unique client centred learning technique.

Big congratulations to KISS trainee instructor Zahra from Croydon and her husband on the arrival of their first child. Zahra has ta k en a short break from her ADI Part 3 development programme and intends to be back at work shortly. KISS Trainer Rod and KISS Trainer Bob and everyone involved in helping Zahra with her ADI Training in South London send their best wishes to Zahra and her new baby. Hopefully Zahra will visit us with the baby at our weekly sessions for Driving Instructor Training in London so we can all welcome the new arrival personally. Watching KISS Trainer Rod work with Zahra from Croydon on her client centred learning skills this afternoon during the weekly ADI Training in South London. KISS Trainer Frances is working with Atta from Woolwich on his ADI Part 2 driving skills. Other trainees are working together and waiting for their turn to get one to one training. Driving Instructor Training needs to be presented in a simple and easily understood format to ensure anyone wanting to become a driving instructor can have a successful career. We work to train people to become a driving instructor first and pass the ADI Part 1 , ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 tests second. Our unique training aids help people to develop client centred learning skills the DVSA are now looking for in Approved Driving Instructors.

It s a good turnout for our weekly driving instructor training in Surbiton this morning to work with KISS Trainer Dieter and KISS Trainer Bob . Today we have three trainees working on their ADI Part 3 skills and two trainees working on their ADI Part 2 development as well as getting involved in other ADI Training . Its good to see the KISS Trainers identify the weakness in the skills of the guys working to become a driving instructor in South West London and elsewhere, and help them.

They are all working on their ADI Part 2 and  ADI Part 3 training to progress there careers as driving instructors . KISS Trainer Bob is working with five trainee instructors this morning aided by KISS Trainer Abdul Razzak . We have trainees from Battersea, Croydon, Kingston, as well as other parts of South London for the weekly ADI training session. These guys are working together on ADI Part 2 and 3 techniques. KISS driving instructor  training is relatively easy to deliver as long as our trainers all have a 'can do' attitude to helping our trainees succeed.
