KISS Driving Instructor Training

The KISS Driving Instructor Training programme covering East London is probably the only one that offers Saturday afternoon ADI training on a regular weekly basis. Having passed his Part 2 driving test a few weeks ago KISS driving Iinstructor Neil has progressed to teaching learners on a trainee licence. Neil is supervsed and trained by KISS Trainer Tony and ADI's who work alongside him. Neil decided to become a driving instructor in East London because the flexibility suits his personal circumstances. He has been able to attend two to three ADI training sessions every week since joining us due to the flexibility of the KISS driving instructor training programme. The KISS programme has always enjoyed an industry leading 95% success rate as a result of the great committment of our instructors who all work collectively. KISS is unique in the industry in that every instructor has been trained in-house and understands client centred learning and the concept of coaching .

KISS Trainer Gary from Cambridge has found some time to work with Slawa from Corby to help him with some one to one ADI Part 3 . Slawa cam to us to become a driving instructor because he wanted a change of career from working in the shoe making industry. He managed to pass his ADI 1 Part 1 and ADI Part 2 easily and also attends our weekly ADI Training sessions in Bishops Stortford. Slawa has excellent knowledge and understands our unique client centred learning technique and training aids. He is just working on his dialogue primarily because his first language is not english. With the help of everyone on the KISS Driving Instructor Training programme we are sure he will be a succesful driving instructor.   

We have a lady joining us for a free driving instructor training session today in Anerley who has completed ADI Part 1 and ADI Part 2 tests with another Company. On her free ADI Training session she will be able to see some ADI Part 3 trainees working to become a driving instructor with us. She will also be able to work one to one with either KISS trainer Rod or KISS Trainer Frances who work together to deliver our client centred learning programme in South London

KISSTrainer Rob held the weekly ADI Training session in Belvedere, South East London today with four trainee instructors. Atta from Woolwich completed a Part 2 and Part 3 session and received very positive feedback for his efforts to become a driving instructor . Fatumah from Mitcham has been sitting in on lessons with some of our instructors and that is enabling her to understand better what she is trying to achieve with her own driving instructor training programme. Our unique training aids help trainee driving instructors to develop a good structure and the technique needed to deliver Client Centred Learning .

Welcome on board to Tim from Woolwich who is the very latest recruit too our Driving Instructor Training programme. Tim came to a couple of our weekly ADI Training sessions in Belvedere, South East London delivered by KISS Trainer Rob from Sidcup. He was given a couple of Part 2 training sessions and observed some Part 3 training . Now he has enrolled and been provided with our unique training aids he will begin to prepare for his Part 1 at home. The rest of his training to become a driving instructor will be delivered in practical sessions at venues around London on a weekly basis. Our programme enables our trainee instructors to easliy develop a client centred learning style of coaching pupils which is speeds up the learning process and is much more engaging than traditional instructirng.

Neil has now passed his Part 1 Theory Test and his Part 2 driving at the first attemt and has been working on his Part 3 instructional skills . Neil lives in East London and attends weekly ADI training sessions in Barnet, Belvedere, Bishops Storford and Ilford. His lead trainers are Tony and Rob although he is being helped by more than ten instructors. He decided to become a driving instructor when he realised how flexible his work schedule would become. 

Congratulations to Noor from South London who has passed his Part 3 Test of Instructional Ability today from everyone working in the KISS driving instructor training in London . Noor passed her Part 1 Theory Test and Part 2 driving with another training organisation however she felt they were not able to help develop her Part 3 instructional skills . Noor lives in Thornoton Heath in South London and attends weekly ADI training sessions in Anerley, Battersea and Belvedere . Her lead trainers are Bob , Rod and Rob although she was helped by quite a few KISS driving instructors. She decided to become a driving instructor when she realised how flexible her work schedule would become.

Congratulations to KISS driving instructor Andy from Salisbury who has passed the  Part 3 Test of Instructional ability at Maybush driving test centre in Southampton at the first attempt. The examiner was very complimentary of Andy's briefing, teaching and engagement skills. Claire trained with our trainers Neil in Poole , Alan in Camberley and Tracey in Reading and simply followed the  KISS driving instructor training programm e . Claire will now go on to help us with our ADI training course in East London . She will also complete her Fleet driver training course in the next few weeks. Well done Claire from all at KISS ADI Training .

Some excellent news from our Trainee Driving Instructor, "Slav" (prounounced 'Swaav') based near Corby in Northamptonshire. With determination Slav has completed his Part 1 - no mean feat as many of us will recall says trainer Tony of Bishops Stortford. "It took myself several frustrating Part 1 Test attempts to produce the results needed for the Hazard Perception clips. Frankly I think the HP test unfit for purpose as used for the ADI programme - as most experienced drivers anticipate earlier. So well done to Slav for mastering 'the technique' !". Slav has been preparing for his Part 2 for some months now and his trainers wish him speedy progress to Part 3. Slav trains in Peterborough, Cambridge and Bishops Stortford - with occasional sessions at Goodmayes, near London. Congratulations to Sophie of Standon, Hertfordshire, who completed her Pass Plus last week. Sophie passed her Practical Driving Test two months ago and decided to wait unt...

Our weekly KISS Instructor Training Day in Bishops Stortford was well attended despite an unplanned pupil test which resulted in one of our Trainee Instructors needing to miss her training (whilst she prepared her pupil for an afternoon Practical Driving Test). Along for the day also were two pupils with Practical Driving Tests this week, Jack and Wes. Since Monday we can report that Jack passed his Test. Pupil Wes accompanied KISS ADI Instructor Sara, who has her Standards Check the following Day. Some fine tuning for Wes whose test is Wednesday. The overcast and sometimes wet day did not dampen spirits.

Harry from Aldershot tells us today he has passed Part 1 of his driving instructor training programme and he's keen to complete Part 2 as soon as he can. As he joins us every week in Camberley for our regular ADI training sessions we will be able to help him achieve his ambition to become a driving instructor this year.

Andy from Salisbury has passed Part 1 of the three tests to become a driving instructor. Because Andy has already completed a lot of his Part 2 ADI training with Neil in Poole and Southampton we expect him to take this test at Maybush driving test centre soon. He has also been to our driving instructor training sessions in Camberley to speed up his Part 3 training . 

More success today for our driving instructor training programme as Mark in Southampton passes his ADI training Part 1 Theory test. Mark has been training to become a driving instructor in Southampton with Neil . We anticipate he will be doing his Part 2 driving test at Maybush driving test within a month and begin teaching two weeks later.

Neil is delivering our driving instructor training in Southampton today. The group is growing steadily with five people turning up regularly for ADI training and progressing their skills. Mark and Andy our newest recruits are taking their Part 1 tests next week and are well on their way to passing the Part 2 driving test . We anticipate all of these guys, who are from Andover, Eastleigh, Portsmouth,  Southampton and Salisbury will achieve their ambition to become a driving instructor before the end of this year.

Congratulations to Jennie from Dagenham on passing Part 1 of the three tests to become a driving instructor . Jennie has been doing her ADI training in Ilford with Mark and Tony and is almost ready to start teaching as a driving instructor. We expect Jennie to take and pass Part 2 of our driving instructor training programme within the next few weeks and start teaching in the summer.
