KISS Driving Instructor Training

Saturday afternoon and its time for a bit of ADI Training in East London with KISS Trainer Tony working with four of our trainees. As usual some off the trainees are working on ADI Part 2 and others are working on ADI Part 3 .  The KISS Driving Instructor Training programme is available six days a week at locations througout the South of England. Our course is hands on and delivered in-car and we provide unlimited training to become a driving instructor . Our client centred learning techniques are possibly ten years ahead of most other training programmes.

Our regular weekly Driving Instructor Training in Ilford is taking place this afternoon. KISS Trainer Tony is taking the lead with four of our trainees working to become a driving instructor in their own areas. Today our ADI Training programme draws instructors in from East London, Dagenham, Romford, Woolwich and other areas of Essex. We deliver a client centred learning approach to training as this is more engaging and hands-on. Our trainee driving instructors work on ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 training at the same time.

The topic of conversation at this weeks KISS Driving Instructor Training in South London is one handed steering' and what constitutes a driving or serious fault. We talk a lot about brain function during our ADI Training sessions as part of our client centred learning programme. When you train to become a driving instructor with KISS you are trained to use simple coaching techniques which help you to make a living as an Approved Driving Instructor . Once you achieve the standards we help you develop you will have an understanding of Nuero Linguistic Programming and other such coaching skills. Our trainees today have come from Bexley, East London, Greenwich and Woolwich to work with KISS Trainer Rob who lives in Sidcup.

KISS Trainer Rod and KISS Trainer Frances held their weekly ADI Training session in Anerley, South London today with four trainee instructors. Atta from Woolwich completed a Part 2 and Part 3 session and recieved very positive feedback for his efforts to become a driving instructor . Fatumah from Mitcham has been sitting in on lessons with some of our instructors and that is enabling her to understand better what she is trying to achieve with her own driving instructor training programme. Our unique training aids help trainee driving instructors to develop a good structure and the technique needed to deliver Client Centred Learning .  

Atta is attending today as he works to passhis Part 2 driving test at the first attempt. His aim is to begin teaching learners on a trainee licence as soon as possible. Atta is supervised and trained by KISSTrainer Tony and ADI's who work alongside him. Atta decided to become a driving instructor in South East London with KISS after taking advantage of our free training session offer then looking at other trainers . He has been able to attend two to three ADI training sessions every week since joining us due to the flexibility of the KISS driving instructor training programme. The KISS programme has always enjoyed an industry leading 95% success rate as a result of the great effort of our instructors who all work collectively. KISS is unique in the industry in that every instructor has been trained in-house and understands client centred learning and the concept of coaching .

Nice to see Kevin one of our ADI's turn up to help deliver our Driving Instructor Training to five trainees. Kevin has also brought a pupil from Sidcup along who needs our help in preparing for their driving test. Our trainees today have come from Bromley, Croydon, Greenwich and Woolwich. Very much part of the KISS Driving Instructor Training programme is the help we get from our local ADI's who turn up at our weekly ADI training sessions to help develop our trainees. At KISS we train people to becoema driving instructor first and pass the tests second. This is because a good driving instructor will be able to pass the tests. Someone who has been trained just to pass the tests invariably fails to develop their career according to statistics.

Everyone is in a festive mood this afternoon so not much Driving Instructor training being done this afternoon near Goodmayes Driving Test Centre. KISS Trainer Tony has brought some Xmas prassies for everyone and Jennie from Dagenham is offering around the mince pies. Our regular weekly ADI Training sessions at all locations will finish on Tuesday. First regular weekly ADI Training session in Battersea South London of the New Year today with half a dozen trainees all working to become a driving instructor in South London . Apart from KISS Trainer Bob we have two more trainers helping today including KISS Trainer Abdul . Our trainees with us today have travelled from Clapham, Putney, Stockwell, Thornton Heath, Woolwich and Worcester Park. Each will get two driving instructor training sessions based on there ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 needs. We are all working to improving our unique client centred learning technique using the KISS Training aids.
