KISS Driving Instructor Training

KISS Trainer Tony is in Ilford this afternoon to help our trainees who are Driving Instructor Training in East London . Neil, Atta, Jennie and Saidi are all working on ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 . This morning we have KISS Trainer Bob who lives in Fulham delivering ADI Training in South London with Fatumah from Mitcham helping. We've got six trainees all working to become a driving instructor developing their ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 skills. We also have two pupils joining us and they are getting to go out with a variety of people. KISS trainer Dieter has five trainees working witb him in Kingston this morning on their Part 2 and Part 3 skill s. Atta from Morden is preparing to work on a trainee licence and should be on the road teaching very soon. Mudasser has just joined us to complete his Part 3 ADI training having previously failed to get adequate training from two other trainers companies.   The KISS driving instructor training programm provides trainees working to become a driving instructor with a range of practical opportunities to develop their skills. Congratulations go to KISS Trainer Dieter in Kingston and KISS Trainer Bob in Battersea, South London for there great efforts in helping Mudasser from Worcester Park pass his ADI Part 3 test. Mudasser came to us three months ago having joined another ADI training programme. He then went on too another driving instructor training programme and was left still struggling. As we taught Mudasser how to use our unique training aids and deliver our client centred learning technique he used them with his pupils. Both the pupils and Mudasser began to appreciate the ease at which learning took place. He even went back to one of his previous trainers and showed him, and the trainer commented he would now pass his ADI Part 3. Mudasser took his test at Reigate Driving Test Centre and benefitted from our comittment to train people to become a driving instructor first and pass tests second. His pass adds to the hundreds of others who have passed and helps maintian our 95% success rate .

KISS Trainer Alec from Borehamwood is working with several trainees today on ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 skills today in Barnet. KISS driving instructor training in North London enables instructros such as Neil working in Hackney to work on all three qualifying tests at the same time. KISS Trainer Rod and KISS Trainer Frances held their weekly ADI Training session in Anerley, South London today with four trainee instructors. Atta from Woolwich completed a Part 2 and Part 3 session and recieved very positive feedback for his efforts to become a driving instructor . Fatumah from Mitcham has been sitting in on lessons with some of our instructors and that is enabling her to understand better what she is trying to achieve with her own driving instructor training programme. Our unique training aids help trainee driving instructors to develop a good structure and the technique needed to deliver Client Centred Learning .  

Final weekly ADI Training session in Bishops Stortford today with three regular trainee instructors and one newcomer taking advantage of our offer of a free drivining instructor training session. All of our trainees are stilll working hard to become a driving instructor with KISS despite Christmas being literally just round the corner. KISS Trainer Tony was ably supported by KISS Trainer Gary from Cambridge and our trainees came from Corny, London and Peterborough. We also had two learners joining us for a good 5 hours of client centred learning .

Atta is attending today as he works to passhis Part 2 driving test at the first attempt. His aim is to begin teaching learners on a trainee licence as soon as possible. Atta is supervised and trained by KISSTrainer Tony and ADI's who work alongside him. Zahra from Croydon had a very productive Part 3 driving instructor training session with KISS trainer Bob today. Bob helps trainees to become a driving instructor in and around Clapham Junction in South London on a daily basis. First ADI Training session back for our trainees with KISS Trainer Rob in Belvedere near Woolwich in South East London today. Nice to see Kevin one of our ADI's turn up to help deliver our Driving Instructor Training to five trainees.
