KISS Driving Instructor Training

KISS Trainer Gary is doing one to one ADI Training in Cambridge with Slawa and Jerry today. Both of these guys are really working hard to become a driving instructor in their areas, which are Corby and Peterborough. We anticipate both will complete their driving instructor training programme in the next two to three months. KISS Trainers are all trained in-house to deliver our own unique client centred learning techniques using our unique training aids. We had a very good weekly driving instructor training session in Bishops Stortford with KISS trainer Tony today. He was supported by KISS trainer Gary from Cambridge and between them they ensured the five trainees all had at least two ADI training sessions each. Our trainees today came from Cambridge, Corby, East London, Harlow and Peterborough and are all working towards their aim to become a driving instructor in their own areas.

KISS Trainer Gary from Cambridge has found some time to work with Slawa from Corby to help him with some one to one ADI Part 3 . Slawa cam to us to become a driving instructor because he wanted a change of career from working in the shoe making industry. He managed to pass his ADI 1 Part 1 and ADI Part 2 easily and also attends our weekly ADI Training sessions in Bishops Stortford. Slawa has excellent knowledge and understands our unique client centred learning technique and training aids. He is just working on his dialogue primarily because his first language is not english. With the help of everyone on the KISS Driving Instructor Training programme we are sure he will be a succesful driving instructor.

Gerry from Peterborough and Slawa from Corby have come to Cambridge for the weekly ADI training session delivered by KISS Trainer Gary . Both of these guys are struggling with their ADI Part 3 techniques for the same reason but different causes, dialogue. There are several possible solutions primarily related to learning techniques and everyone is working hard to help them improve.    The KISS driving instructor  training programme ensures the trainers work together to collectively help everyone who wants to become a driving instructor . This was the line-up for Monday's instructor training day in Bishops Stortford. Neil, our latest recruit, is second from Left. Neil is practising for his ADI Part 2 - under the watchful eye of Gary (our ADI from Cambridge), Dave and Tony . Our thanks to two pupils, Ula and Shea, who are working towards their Practical Driving Test - and let trainees (Claire and Gerry) hone their instructional skills whilst fine tuning themselves for their driving tests later this week. KISS driving instructor raining days in Bishops Stortford occur most Mondays. Other KISS driving instructor training days in our commuting area, take place in Cambridge (Fridays), Goodmayes (Saturdays) and Barnet (Fridays).

Bishops Stortford Training Day (most Mondays 9am-2pm) continues to prove a popular venue, not because of the humungous size of portions produced by the local burger bar, but because of the range of local routes and practice areas around Bishops Stortford, including Stansted Airport's dual carriageway (A120) and Motorway routes (M11), assisted by what must be KISS's best ADI trainers North of the Thames. A helpful supply of genuine pupils for our trainee ADIs is usually ensured - these are invited by their KISS instructors, typically at intermediate or advanced stages of their preparation for their Practical Driving Test. KISS Driving Instructors (male and female) are mostly impervious to the weather, and so rain, snow, sun or high winds seldom prevent those willing souls from attending. Trainee instructors Gerry, Slav and Claire continue to make great sacrifices in terms of distance to further their preparation for Part III - and regular appearances by Gary and Dav...

Gary from Cambridge set up a training day which he hopes will be a regular occurrence in his area. Gerry from Peterborough participated and is continuing with his ADI Part III training which is going well. He is enjoying great success whilst on his pink badge, building up a substantial client base. Gerry will shortly be taking his Part III examination in Peterborough to become a fully qualified instructor. Slav from Corby was undergoing Part I, II and III driver instructor training. Tony from Bishop's Stortford came down to help and David was here casting his expert eye over proceedings.

Gary from Cambridge is delivering driving instructor training in Peterborough today with Gerry and Slawa who live locally. They have also been joined by Wojciech from Corby who needs some standards test training. Gerry is coming along well and is already impressing pupils with his knowledge and skill. Slawa has just joined our ADI training programme and has done three Part 2 training days.

We did some Standards Test training with Gary from Cambridge today. As usual they get nervous but are doing a great job. It's amazing how changing the name of the test strikes fear into people. For us it's just the same as before only the DVSA are using a different marking structure.

Driving instructor training in Bishops Stortford today with Tony and Gary leading. Dave from Romford is doing final preparations for his Part 2 practical driving test in Ilford this week. Claire from East London is nervous about her upcoming Part 1 so is keeping herself busy with Part 2 and Part 3 ADI training . Jerry from Peterborough seems to be coming along nicely now he is out teaching and is obviously impressing his pupils.

A three hour driving instructor training session is being held in Cambridge with Jerry David and Kelly. Gary is a great trainer thriving as a trainer working alongside Tony and there's no doubt everyone is enjoying their ADI training today.
