KISS Driving Instructor Training

KISS Trainer Kaye is doing some one to one ADI Training in West London today with Hakim from Putney and Rushni who has just joined us. Rushni is working on her ADI Part 2 driving skills and Hakim is doing ADI Part 3 and as Rushni watches.  Both of them are working to develop their cleint centred learning skills using our unique training aids. Our weekly Driving Instructor Training in London takes place at seven locations and enables us to deliver unlimited training. KISS Trainer Dieter is leading our weekly ADI Training in Kingston this morning with six trainee instructors all working together to become a driving instructor . Atta is a little nervous as he starts to  work on a trainee licence and using his client centred learning skills. Haroon and Hakim are making good progress with their ADI Part 2 driving skills and their ADI Part 3 technique. Mudasser has brought a friend along for a free driving instructor training session to see how we deliver our ADI Part 3 training. His friend has been struggling to develop his teachiing skills in part because he doesn't have the training aids necessary. Whilst training with us he also observed 'how everyone was working so well together' and 'how simply the trainers identified my weaknesses and worked through things to help me improve/.    

KISS Trainer Bob from Chelsea is working on ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 with Hakim from Putney in South West London and Mudasser from Worcester Park. Hakim should be taking his driving test at Tolworth early in the New Year, Mudassar is due to take his test of instructional ability in February. They will continue to get ADI training two to three times a week until then. First regular weekly ADI Training session in Battersea South London of the New Year today with half a dozen trainees all working to become a driving instructor in South London . Apart from KISS Trainer Bob we have two more trainers helping today including KISS Trainer Abdul . Our trainees with us today have travelled from Clapham, Putney, Stockwell, Thornton Heath, Woolwich and Worcester Park. Each will get two driving instructor training sessions based on there ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 needs. We are all working to improving our unique client centred learning technique using the KISS Training aids.

Just a straightforward one to one ADI Training session this afternoon in Battersea, South London for KISS Trainer Bob from Fulham with Hakim from Putney who is working on his ADI Part 3 skills. Hakim decided to become a driving instructor with KISS just 6 weeks ago and has already had over 60 hours of training. Since then he has been able to tke advantage of our comprehensive driving instructor training in South London by attending 3 -4 sessions every week.
