KISS Driving Instructor Training

Saturday afternoon and its time for a bit of ADI Training in East London with KISS Trainer Tony working with four of our trainees. As usual some off the trainees are working on ADI Part 2 and others are working on ADI Part 3 .  The KISS Driving Instructor Training programme is available six days a week at locations througout the South of England. Our course is hands on and delivered in-car and we provide unlimited training to become a driving instructor . Our client centred learning techniques are possibly ten years ahead of most other training programmes.

KISS Trainer Gary is doing one to one ADI Training in Cambridge with Slawa and Jerry today. Both of these guys are really working hard to become a driving instructor in their areas, which are Corby and Peterborough. We anticipate both will complete their driving instructor training programme in the next two to three months. KISS Trainers are all trained in-house to deliver our own unique client centred learning techniques using our unique training aids. ADI Part 3 training can be easy when the trainee is given the right material and training to develop their skills, which is why we can promise a 95% succes rate.

Some last minute one to one driving instructor training in Andover for Nick today with KISS Trainer Neil . Nick's time is restricted and so Neil has travelled to him instead of his normal ADI Training in Poole on Mondays. Nick has got his ADI Part 3 test in Southampton on Friday and according to Neil, fully understands our client centred training technique. It's been a long journey but it looks like Nick will complete his task to become a driving instructor in Andover this week. KISS Trainer Neil from Wimborne has been working hard with Nick from Andover on his ADI Part 3 skills in preparation for a test at Maybush driving test centre in Southampton next week. We also have a few others with us today working on their own driving instructor training programmes including some of those who usually do their ADI Training in Basingstoke on Saturdays. Our regular weekly Driving Instructor Training in Ilford is taking place this afternoon. KISS Trainer Tony is taking the lead with four of our trainees working to become a driving instructor in their own areas. Today our ADI Training programme draws instructors in from East London, Dagenham, Romford, Woolwich and other areas of Essex. We deliver a client centred learning approach to training as this is more engaging and hands-on. Our trainee driving instructors work on ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 training at the same time.

We have a weekly ADI training session in Reigate this afternoon as several trainees will be taking ADI Part 2 driving tests and ADI Part 3 Instructional Ability tests soon. Our trainee instructors from Croydon, Guildford, Reugate and South London are working together to become a driving instructor . The KISS Driving Instructor Training programme uses our unique training aids which simplify the learning process. Its good to see Gerry from Peterborough helping train our instructors now and usng our unique client centred learning technique and helping others with their ADI Part 3 skills. Haroon from East London who started early January is developing his ADI Part 2 driving skills and has now started to learn the briefing technique as part of his ADI Part 3 development. Slawa from Corby has been able to help and received some training himself.All of this is overseen as usual by KISS Trainer Tony.

The topic of conversation at this weeks KISS Driving Instructor Training in South London is one handed steering' and what constitutes a driving or serious fault. KISS trainer Dieter has five trainees working witb him in Kingston this morning on their Part 2 and Part 3 skill s. Atta from Morden is preparing to work on a trainee licence and should be on the road teaching very soon. Mudasser has just joined us to complete his Part 3 ADI training having previously failed to get adequate training from two other trainers companies.   The KISS driving instructor training programm provides trainees working to become a driving instructor with a range of practical opportunities to develop their skills. KISS Trainer Rod and KISS Trainer Frances held their weekly ADI Training session in Anerley, South London today with four trainee instructors. Atta from Woolwich completed a Part 2 and Part 3 session and recieved very positive feedback for his efforts to become a driving instructor . Fatumah from Mitcham has been sitting in on lessons with some of our instructors and that is enabling her to understand better what she is trying to achieve with her own driving instructor training programme. Trainee driving Instructor Slawa from Corby is getting a one to one ADI training session in Cambridge with KISS Trainer Gary today. Slawa epitomises the enthusiasm that is achieved by our trainees when they follow the KISS driving instructor training programme. We had the pleasure of meeting one of Slawa's pupils three weeks ago and it was very obvious he was using the client centred learning techniques he has been trained to sue. We were able to use our coaching techniques to establsih the pupil had gained a good level of knowledge i just over 20 hours.of driving lessons .

Congratulations to Nick from Andover who has passed his ADI Part 3 test of instructional ability today at Maybush Driving Test Centre in Southampton today. Nick joined the KISS driving instructor training in Southampton and worked primarily with KISS Trainer Neil from Bournemouth. The KISS ADI Training programme has a 95% success rate in part because we deliver unlimited training to become a driving instructor . Final weekly ADI Training session in Bishops Stortford today with three regular trainee instructors and one newcomer taking advantage of our offer of a free drivining instructor training session. All of our trainees are stilll working hard to become a driving instructor with KISS despite Christmas being literally just round the corner. KISS Trainer Tony was ably supported by KISS Trainer Gary from Cambridge and our trainees came from Corny, London and Peterborough. We also had two learners joining us for a good 5 hours of client centred learning .

Atta is attending today as he works to passhis Part 2 driving test at the first attempt. His aim is to begin teaching learners on a trainee licence as soon as possible. Atta is supervised and trained by KISSTrainer Tony and ADI's who work alongside him. Atta decided to become a driving instructor in South East London with KISS after taking advantage of our free training session offer then looking at other trainers . He has been able to attend two to three ADI training sessions every week since joining us due to the flexibility of the KISS driving instructor training programme.
