KISS Trainer Neil from Wimborne has been working hard with Nick from Andover on his ADI Part 3 skills in preparation for a test at Maybush driving test centre in Southampton next week. We also have a few others with us today working on their own driving instructor training programmes including some of those who usually do their ADI Training in Basingstoke on Saturdays. KISS Trainers are able to deliver training six and sometimes seven days a week at various locations throughout the South of England. Congratulations to Nick from Andover who has passed his ADI Part 3 test of instructional ability today at Maybush Driving Test Centre in Southampton today. Nick joined the KISS driving instructor training in Southampton and worked primarily with KISS Trainer Neil from Bournemouth. KISS Trainer Bob is holding his regular Saturday ADI training session today in Battersea in London.  We have trainees and pupils coming in from West London, South London and from the Kingston area. They will be working on ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 skills including developing their client centred learning skills. Battersea, South London is one of three locations where we offer free driving instructor training on Saturdays which helps people who work Monday to Friday. It s a good turnout for our weekly driving instructor training in Surbiton this morning to work with KISS Trainer Dieter and KISS Trainer Bob . Today we have three trainees working on their ADI Part 3 skills and two trainees working on their ADI Part 2 development as well as getting involved in other ADI Training . Its good to see the KISS Trainers identify the weakness in the skills of the guys working to become a driving instructor in South West London and elsewhere, and help them.

Good start to the New Year with ten trainees at our first weekly ADI Training sessions in Camberley of 2016 with KISS Trainer Alan . Luckily we have three trainers on hand to ensure everyone working on ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 get at least 2 one to one driving instructor training sessions each. KISS Trainer Tracey from Reading is in Newbury this afternoon to do some one to one ADI Part 3 training with Saida who is struggling with her client centred learning technique. As with other trainee driving instructors Sadia is struggling with the concept of asking simple questions. Tracey has identified the problem and provided a very simple solution, which is to use the very simple and unique training aids . The dialogue needed to teach well is actucally very simple but you will need to used closed questioning to deliver brisk, competent briefings. On the move you will need to be very structured and literal to enable the pupil to respond properly. KISS trainer Dieter is in Kingston this morning for the regular weekly ADI training session. Working with him today we have several people, all of them working to become a driving instructor .
