KISS Driving Instructor Training

Congratulations to Noor from South London who has passed his Part 3 Test of Instructional Ability today from everyone working in the KISS driving instructor training in London . Noor passed her Part 1 Theory Test and Part 2 driving with another training organisation however she felt they were not able to help develop her Part 3 instructional skills . Noor lives in Thornoton Heath in South London and attends weekly ADI training sessions in Anerley, Battersea and Belvedere . Her lead trainers are Bob , Rod and Rob although she was helped by quite a few KISS driving instructors. She decided to become a driving instructor when she realised how flexible her work schedule would become.

Rod , Frances and the Anerley crew get together for their weekly driving instructor training sessions. Trainees from all over South London, Croydon, Eltham, Greenwich, Mitcham, New Malden, Streatham, Tooting Wallington and Wandsworth start arriving at around 3pm. Our ADI training works because our trainees are motivated by being able to work on Part 2 and Part 3 at the same time. As we all work together newer trainees get to see the progress and success of others. Keep it simple.

Driving instructor training in Anerely, South London takes a break this afternoon with Rod , Frances from Croydon as everyone gets ready for the areas Xmas party this evening. Whilst we enjoy delivering ADI training every week up to 20 ADI’s and trainees are expected to take a break and turn up for this annual get together. We are in Anerley near Crystal Palace this afternoon for one of four weekly driving instructor training sessions in South London. This is always one of our best attended ADI Training sessions every week with Rod , Frances and the team. Five trainees are working towards taking their Part 3 tests and we get them to help train our newer trainees. To train to become a driving instructor you need a wide variety of experiences including training others as you then see what it’s like for a pupil.

Rod reports lots of trainees at driving instructor training in Anerley, South London this afternoon. ADi training works so much better when trainees get together and help each other as well as get a session each with the trainers. Everyone believes they can become a driving instructo r simply because they get so much help.

We are happy to welcome Reginald, yet another Part 3 trainee who has joined our driving instructor training programme in Anerley, Battersea and Kingston. Like many other trainees who join us, Reginald wasn’t able to progress with the organisation he originally paid to train him. Having delivered both minimal and inadequate training the company concerned demanded more and more money which their contract permitted them to do. Too many companies have too much small print in which they bury bad news. Buyer beware!

Everyone at KISS IT want to congratulate one of our polish instructors Michal from Orpington who has passed his first check test with a grade 5 at Belvedere driving test centre. Michal sent us the following message before taking a well earned break back in Poland. ‘ I would like to say huge thank you to ROD from Anerley training centre. He is great Driving Instructor, Trainer, Friend.... He is very helpful and he cares like nobody else. I have just passed my Check Test and I am happy grade 5 driving instructor. ROD thank you for your help and support. Also I would like to say thank you to Christine and her daughter and Rob in Belvedere who helped keep me calm and for a support. Nearly forgot to say thank you DAVID - next time I will take your advice and will relax..... I AM HAPPY MAN .’
