We are in Anerley near Crystal Palace this afternoon for one of four weekly driving instructor training sessions in South London. This is always one of our best attended ADI Training sessions every week with Rod, Frances and the team. Five trainees are working towards taking their Part 3 tests and we get them to help train our newer trainees. To train to become a driving instructor you need a wide variety of experiences including training others as you then see what it’s like for a pupil.
Dean from Basingstoke, Diane from Farnham and Lok from Aldershot have come to Farnborough for one to one ADI training delivered by KISSTrainer Alan . Lok is working on ADI Part 2 and the other two are working on their ADI Part 3 techniques and dialogue. Sally is with us from Southampton and all are working hard to help them improve. The KISS driving instructor training programme ensures the trainers work together to collectively deliver client centred learning which helps everyone who wants to become a driving instructor . Because we offer unlimited training our trainee instructors are able to attend two to three training sessions every week.
