ADI Training in Anerley, South London this afternoon with Rod, Frances and the team and eight trainees. Three trainees are working towards taking their Part 3 tests and at the same time they are all busy helping trainees at different levels on their driving instructor training programme. Interesting reaction when we point out to trainees how, when they train others it helps them to become a driving instructor. There’s more than one way to skin a cat, so they say.
Dean from Basingstoke, Diane from Farnham and Lok from Aldershot have come to Farnborough for one to one ADI training delivered by KISSTrainer Alan . Lok is working on ADI Part 2 and the other two are working on their ADI Part 3 techniques and dialogue. Sally is with us from Southampton and all are working hard to help them improve. The KISS driving instructor training programme ensures the trainers work together to collectively deliver client centred learning which helps everyone who wants to become a driving instructor . Because we offer unlimited training our trainee instructors are able to attend two to three training sessions every week.
