Albert and Ollie Working On Their Part 3 ADI Training In Southampton

Neil has got Albert and Ollie both from Southampton working on their Part 3 ADI training in Poole today. Albert needs to read his dialogue scripts to refine his language as pupils could mis-interpret what he wants them to do. Although in the early stages Ollie is really getting on with her driving instructor training and looks as if she can be teaching by November.

Our trainees today have come from Bromley, Croydon, Greenwich and Woolwich. Very much part of the KISS Driving Instructor Training programme is the help we get from our local ADI's who turn up at our weekly ADI training sessions to help develop our trainees. At KISS we train people to becoema driving instructor first and pass the tests second. This is because a good driving instructor will be able to pass the tests. Someone who has been trained just to pass the tests invariably fails to develop their career according to statistics.

Driving Instructor Training in Cambridge

KISS Trainer Gary is doing one to one ADI Training in Cambridge with Slawa and Jerry today. Both of these guys are really working hard to become a driving instructor in their areas, which are Corby and Peterborough. We anticipate both will complete their driving instructor training programme in the next two to three months.
