Driving Instructor Training in Reading

Back to our regular weekly driving instructor training session in Reading with four trainees and KISS Trainer Tracey today. The trainees are all helping each other on ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 skills today and along with help from KISS Trainer Brian from Newbury they all get a couple of one to one ADI Training sessions.

These guys are all working hard together to help each other become a driving instructor and have a succesdull career.

Lok is working on ADI Part 2 and the other two are working on their ADI Part 3 techniques and dialogue. Sally is with us from Southampton and all are working hard to help them improve. The KISS driving instructor training programme ensures the trainers work together to collectively deliver client centred learning which helps everyone who wants to become a driving instructor . Because we offer unlimited training our trainee instructors are able to attend two to three training sessions every week.
