KISS Trainer Neil had a one to one ADI Training session with Ollie from Southampton in preparation for her Standards Check on Wednesday at Maybush Driving Test Centre. Neil took Ollie trhough our unique Standards Test training material. They evaluated her choice of pupil, the subject she aimed to cover and the route planned for the lesson.
The work they did together remined Ollie of the need to keep developing her skills by attending our weekly driving instructor training in Southampton. By helping others once they have become a driving instructor we know our ADI's keep improving their own client centred learning skills.
