KISS Driving Instructor Michal in Belvedere

When I embarked on making the effort to become a driving instructor I never envisaged I would end up training driving instructors myself. Like many others I was struggling to learn and understand the Part 3 skills required to teach learners with an training organisation when I was recommended to come to KISS. For all of us who have trained elsewhere the difference between how KISS develops instructors and how everyone else does it was immediately obvious and dramatically refreshing. As soon as I started to use KISS training aids and do the training I felt very comfortable and now I show trainee driving instructors how to do the same. I am very proud to have been the first driving instructor with KISS to qualify with a 6 – 6 and now I work alongside, Rod, Christine and the rest of their teams because we want to help others do the same.

Become a Driving Instructor in Essex

Saturday afternoon and its time for a bit of ADI Training in East London with KISS Trainer Tony working with four of our trainees. As usual some off the trainees are working on ADI Part 2 and others are working on ADI Part 3 .  The KISS Driving Instructor Training programme is available six days a week at locations througout the South of England. Our course is hands on and delivered in-car and we provide unlimited training to become a driving instructor . Our client centred learning techniques are possibly ten years ahead of most other training programmes.

Driving Instructor Training in South London

KISS Trainer Rod is in Sydenham, South London working with Atta, Ben, Hakim, Sandra and Zahra covering ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 training . Our trainees today have come from Bromley, Croydon, Greenwich and Woolwich. Very much part of the KISS Driving Instructor Training programme is the help we get from our local ADI's who turn up at our weekly ADI training sessions to help develop our trainees. At KISS we train people to becoema driving instructor first and pass the tests second. This is because a good driving instructor will be able to pass the tests. Someone who has been trained just to pass the tests invariably fails to develop their career according to statistics.

Driving Instructor Training in Andover

Some last minute one to one driving instructor training in Andover for Nick today with KISS Trainer Neil . Nick's time is restricted and so Neil has travelled to him instead of his normal ADI Training in Poole on Mondays. Nick has got his ADI Part 3 test in Southampton on Friday and according to Neil, fully understands our client centred training technique. It's been a long journey but it looks like Nick will complete his task to become a driving instructor in Andover this week. Good luck on Friday Nick, from all the KISS Trainers and everyone else involved.
