Good interaction as usual in the Fleet Driver Training classroom tonight in Anerley, South London as part of our modular training course. We are working on presentation skills which is normally completed over four sessions although ADI's often come back for more as its always good to practice. Its great to see the ADI trainees getting involved because presentation skills are a very important part of becoming a driving instructor.
Dean from Basingstoke, Diane from Farnham and Lok from Aldershot have come to Farnborough for one to one ADI training delivered by KISSTrainer Alan . Lok is working on ADI Part 2 and the other two are working on their ADI Part 3 techniques and dialogue. Sally is with us from Southampton and all are working hard to help them improve. The KISS driving instructor training programme ensures the trainers work together to collectively deliver client centred learning which helps everyone who wants to become a driving instructor . Because we offer unlimited training our trainee instructors are able to attend two to three training sessions every week.
