Good news for Kelly from Harlow who joined KISS recently to become a driving instructor. Kelly has passed her Part 1 Theory and Hazard Perception Test and is already to book and take her Part 2 Practical Driving Test within the next couple of weeks. She has also been working hard to develop her Part 3 skills as part of her comprehensive driving instructor training course. We expect to see Kelly out on the roads teaching in a few weeks on a trainee licence with a view to complete her ADI training programme. More good work from Tony, Steve and their team in Bishops Stortford.
KISS Trainer Rod is in Sydenham, South London working with Atta, Ben, Hakim, Sandra and Zahra covering ADI Part 2 and ADI Part 3 training . Our trainees today have come from Bromley, Croydon, Greenwich and Woolwich. Very much part of the KISS Driving Instructor Training programme is the help we get from our local ADI's who turn up at our weekly ADI training sessions to help develop our trainees. At KISS we train people to becoema driving instructor first and pass the tests second. This is because a good driving instructor will be able to pass the tests. Someone who has been trained just to pass the tests invariably fails to develop their career according to statistics.
