Driving Instructor Training in Southampton

Neil and his crew congregated in Southampton for driving instructor training this morning with five trainees working on their Part 2 and Part 3 ADI training. Bishnu and Nembang who joined us recently from the AA driving instructor training course after failing to progress with them are struggling to develop their instructional techniques quickly enough as their 2 year deadline looms. It just means they will need to pass part 1 and 2 again quickly, shame they were lured by the ‘brand image’ as many others are rather than the results. DSA should make it compulsory for trainers to publish the numbers joining a programme and the numbers achieving qualification, it would make for a simple comparison to be made by new trainees.

Driving Instructor training in Camberley

Dean from Basingstoke, Diane from Farnham and Lok from Aldershot have come to Farnborough for one to one  ADI training delivered by KISSTrainer Alan . Lok is working on ADI Part 2 and the other two are working on their ADI Part 3 techniques and dialogue. Sally is with us from Southampton and all are working hard to help them improve. The KISS driving instructor training programme ensures the trainers work together to collectively deliver client centred learning which helps everyone who wants to become a driving instructor . In Germany trainee instructors go to university for six months to study phsycology. Ask a Part 3 examiner ‘why do you want to drive’ and you are likely get the response ‘what’s that got to do with anything’. The first issue is that there are too many trainers with insufficient knowledge to train instructors, particularly in the skills of ‘client centred learning. Similarly they will not be able to deliver coaching skills training, essential to delivering the higher levels of the GDE Matrix. Has DSA considered how this is going to be addressed as without a higher level of competence the instructors will be unable to deliver the driver standards syllabus. The flaws as we see it in the DSA argument for their preferred option are as follows: DSA endorsed the Hermes proje...

Driving Instructor Training in Cambridge

KISS Trainer Gary is doing one to one ADI Training in Cambridge with Slawa and Jerry today. Both of these guys are really working hard to become a driving instructor in their areas, which are Corby and Peterborough. We anticipate both will complete their driving instructor training programme in the next two to three months. KISS Trainers are all trained in-house to deliver our own unique client centred learning techniques using our unique training aids. ADI Part 3 training can be easy when the trainee is given the right material and training to develop their skills, which is why we can promise a 95% succes rate.
