Alan from Camberley is working in Aldershot with some of our local trainees on their ADi training programme . The Nepalese trainees are working hard together to get as much driving instructor training in as possible before taking their Part 3 test at Reading driving test centre.

WOW, we've not seen it this busy in Bishops Stortford before for our driving instructor training day. Eleven trainees, 3 pupils and 3 trainers all busy working and developing together, the pyramid working perfectly and everyone gaining. Our ADi training programme in Herfordshire works so much better than our competitors.

Ilford driving instructor training this afternoon with Mark and Tony . First Saturday afternoon ADi training for dave from Romford. Usual suspects all turn up with smiles on their faces every one of them eager to become a driving instructor in Dagenham, Loughton and Hackney in East London.

ADI training in Battersea today with eight trainee driving instructors all wanting to become a driving instructor in South London. Welcome to the fold Jim from Hayes, we look forward to seeing you in Barnet and Camberley as we deliver your driving instructor training programme.

Gary is working hard with Jerry from Peterborough on his Part 2 and Part 3 ADI training in Cambridge. Voice working a lot better now Jerry and that's translating into better driving skills. Keep working on the driving instructor training skills and we will soon have get you out there teaching learners.

Ilhem from Uxbridge is working on her Part 2 driving with Kaye in West London at Hayes driving test centre. We are seeing improvements now we have got her voice working, keep working at it girl, you can do it.

Bob is working 1 to 1 with Safia on her effort to become a driving instructor in Battersea this morning. Safia is typically lacking in confidence as her Part 3 test of instructional ability approaches. Come on Safia we think you are doing a great job after all that ADI training, so do your pupils.

Neil is working 1 to1 with Ian in Poole today on his Part 3 . We are keen to get Ian through his driving instructor training so he can get on the road in Salisbury.

Driving instructor training in Barnet, North London today with Alec , Tony and the team. These sessions are getting ever more popular with trainees coming for ADI training from Brentford, Hackney, Hayes, Loughton, North London and Romford.

Dieter is providing 1 to 1 driving instructor training for Hamed near Reigate driving test centre. Hamed came too us a little for his Part 3 ADi training and has too pass by January 2014. His dialogue is improving all the time although still working on simplifying and speeding it up.

Neil from Poole has got his trainees together at Brockenhurst College along with help from Sally and Michelle from Basingstoke. Six cars for the college kids to drive round a car park. Great training for Rollie as we can see her confidence growing as she teaches clutch control in confined space.

Christine , Rob and crew convene near Belvedere driving test centre for ADi training this morning. Good turnout with trainees learning to become a driving instructor coming from Catford, Eltham, Greenwich, Hackney, Romford, and Streatham. Everyone welcomes Noor from Thornton Heath who has joined our driving instructor training programme .

Another order from the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) for our driving instructor training in West London. Kaye from Uxbridge will soon begin Part 2 and Part 3 ADI training near Hayes driving test centre with the person funded by DWP to become a driving instructor. Seems DWP are investing in our 95% success rate.

Omar is conducting driving instructor training with Tanveer in Reigate today to help him prepare for his Part 3 test . Just needs to work a little on his what, why how technique to fix problems. Watch your pupil Tanveer and remember those three words.

Weekly driving instructor training session in Camberley today. ADI training going on all day as usual because of the numbers coming in from Aldershot, Basingstoke, Camberley, Guildford, Kingston, Reading, Reigate, Southampton and Tadley.

Rod , Frances and the Anerley crew get together for their weekly driving instructor training sessions. Trainees coming in from all over South London, Croydon, Eltham, Greenwich, Mitcham, New Malden, Streatham, Tooting Wallington and Wandsworth. Noor is joining us today for her free ADi training session as she is considering doing part 3 with us. Noor set out to become a driving instructor with another ADi trainer but feels she hasn't progressed. Good interaction as usual in the Part 3 classroom tonight.

Nash is meeting Kaye in Uxbridge this pm for a part 3 one to one driving instructor training session. Nash is still struggling to interact and get the balance right with his pupils but we will work it out together.

Omar leading ADI training in Kingston this morning with help from Debbie and Bob . Five people in for driving instructor training this am along with three pupils. System is working well ages usual, everyone gets at least one session.

Albert is doing a one to one driving instructor training session in Southampton today at Maybush driving test centre with ADI Neil Turner . Working on simplifying his dialogue.

KISS driving instructor training director David Ellershaw has been working with Zafar in East London on his modular fleet driver trainer course . David also continued with some further driver training followed by an hour of coaching skills.

ADI Neil has organised Driving instructor training early this week in Southampton as we are at the road safety day in Brockenhurst college on Thursday. Good turnout with all getting at least one ADi training session in and leaving feeling positive about their efforts to become a driving instructor.

Busy day driving instructor training in Bishops Stortford with 6 trainees from Peterborough, Cambridge, Harlow, Hackney, Romford and local. Two pupils came along as well and benefitted from going out with a few instructors. Claire and Dave are impressing us with their enthusiasm. It's great to see everyone working well together.

Everyone at ADI training in Ilford this afternoon with the exception of James is working on Part 2 and Part 3 training to become a driving instructor. Dave and Claire are developing well with Part 2, just need to get them focussed more on Part 3 and they could be out working on trainee licences quite quickly. Jennie just needs to book a Part 2 and then simply work on her concentration levels. James was a great help as Tony had to leave early as he’s off on a trip to Guernsey in his light aircraft, weather permitting.

The trainees are all waiting eagerly for an 8.30 start for ADI training in Battersea with Abdul and Bob as usual. Mostly Part 3’s today doing their driving instructor training with a couple of pupils thrown in as well to practice on, which allows us to see how the Part 3’s work in a more natural environment. Safia found it easier to deal with a real pupil rather than the trainers. All in all a good session for everyone.

A cautionary tale from down under . Perhaps DSA should take note of this when deciding how to improve driver instructor training. 

ADI training in Barnet today went well with Alec getting to work and organising driving instructor training. Nash is getting better balance with his instructional techniques every session now, Geta goes out every time and impresses the Part 2’s and impresses then with her knowledge and skills then doubts herself. Come on girl, it’s a practical skill and your very good at it, start believing and take that Part 3 test .

Ilhem gets a one-to-one Part 2 driving instructor training session with Kaye in West London . Kaye reports Ilhem’s voice is starting to work so we should see some real progress with her driving skills now. Sometime  a one-to-one works better than group sessions when someone is struggling to develop certain skills.

Omar takes the lead at ADI training today in Reigate as Dieter is on University duties with his son Alex. One of the quieter sessions of the week with only two trainees both working on the Part 3 stage of their driving instructor training course.

Weekly Belvedere driving instructor training this morning with Christine , Rob and the crew. Half a dozen trainees turned up today for Part 2 and Part 3 ADI training which had to finish promptly as Christine has a check test this PM at Belvedere Driving Test Centre.

Well done Stuart from Blackwater who passed his first check test with a grade 5 at Farnborough practical driving test centre. Stuart came down to our Camberley training last week for a bit of revision which is obviously all he needed.

Tracey from Reading delivers a one to one Part 3 driving instructor training session to Bishnu as he prepares for his test at Reading practical driving test centre. Tracey reports Bishnu just needs to keep working at simplifying his language (use the scripts) and watching the pupil.

There is no doubt success breeds success, with another two new potential trainee instructors joining us for ADI training in Camberley today. Alan led the morning session with Sally joining him to help in the afternoon. All of the trainees managed to get at least three one to one sessions in today.

Rod and Frances get busy at their ever popular weekly driving instructor training session in Anerley. Such is their popularity the trainers are talking about having to extending the weekly training event and may start at lunch time to ensure everyone gets a one to one session.

The average driving instructor trainee will spend around 15 months working with us on our driving instructor training course from start to finish to fully develop their skills. Dieter and Omar are working with some of them this morning in Kingston at their weekly ADI training sessions.

Nash gets one to one Part 3 driving instructor training today in Uxbridge with Kaye from West London as part of his ADI training programme. 

Steve and his team are running ADI training today as Tony is in Spain attending Sara’s wedding celebrations. Five trainees on board this morning, all working well together on Part 2 and Part 3 driving instructor training which is the advantage of getting trainees of different skill levels working together.

Five budding trainees out this morning for driving instructor training, all with smiles on their faces, all asking lots of questions, soaking up the knowledge. If you want to become a driving instructor this is, for us, the best way for everyone to learn.

Everyone at KISS trainers want to wish Sara (formerly KISS Driving Instructor in North London) and Alberto every happiness after getting married today in Alicante, Spain. She was given away by David and also in attendance were KISS trainer Tony Wood both of whom helped Sara become a very competent KISS driving instructor. Alberto is also known to many of our trainers and trainees as he has visited London several times in his attempt to sweep Sara off her feet and take her back to her home country. Sara intends to expand the KISS brand by teaching English and Spanish speaking learners how to drive in Alicante. 

Barnet ADi training session this morning for Alec and the training team with half a dozen people all wanting to become a driving instructor. Claire and Dave have fitted in well with Geta, Nash, Ilhem and James. Nice balance, three Part 2’s and three Part 3’s all working together and with the trainers. Everyone manages to get three training sessions in over the morning session.

Driving Instructor Training in Reigate with Dieter , Omar and the team went ahead this afternoon after a two week break for holidays. A few trainees took advantage of the second/third session of the week for themselves following on from ADI training sessions in Anerley, Camberley and Kingston. Nothing out of the ordinary to report here this PM just more of the same as everyone progresses towards their target to become a driving instructor .

Regular ADI training session took place in Belvedere with Christine , Rob and the training team. A couple of the guys are coming towards the end of their driving instructor training course and are showing pre test nerves as everyone does. We still haven’t figured out why the girls suddenly believe they ‘don’t know anything’ and ‘can’t do it’ and the guys say ‘let’s have a go’. The best solution at this point is keep teaching and pick up a paintbrush or something to keep yourself busy.

Neil and his crew congregated in Southampton for driving instructor training this morning with five trainees working on their Part 2 and Part 3 ADI training . Bishnu and Nembang who joined us recently from the AA driving instructor training course after failing to progress with them are struggling to develop their instructional techniques quickly enough as their 2 year deadline looms. It just means they will need to pass part 1 and 2 again quickly, shame they were lured by the ‘brand image’ as many others are rather than the results. DSA should make it compulsory for trainers to publish the numbers joining a programme and the numbers achieving qualification, it would make for a simple comparison to be made by new trainees.

Excellent turn out for our driving instructor training course in Camberley today with Alan , Brian and the team. Ian from Salisbury who normally does his ADI training with Neil and his team in Poole, joined us for part 2 training the first time here today. He’s promised to try to arrange more Wednesdays off work so we can help speed up his development to become a driving instructor. Brian introduced a potential new trainee too the group, Sandi from Oxford was invited to take advantage of our FREE ADI training session to assess our ability to teach.

Everyone turning up for our Driving Instructor Training course in Anerley as usual with Rod , Frances and the team this PM. Its fascinating to see trainee driving instructors observe the improvements in others skills yet doubt they can achieve the same progress despite the fact they are following the same ADI training programme. Like it says on the cars ‘Keep It Simple’ and we believe anyone can become a driving instructor with our help.

KISS ADI Kaye in West London is doing 1 to 1 driving instructor training with Nash from Stanmore and Ilhem from Uxbridge this afternoon. Nash is slowly but surely getting away from sounding like a text book and dealing with us more like pupils, we had to take his book away from him to get him to make the transition. Kaye spends a session in the back seat and gets Nash to work with Ilhem on her Part 2 practical driving test training to help develop his instructional techniques.

Dieter , Omar and their team of trainers in Kingston are working with Tanveer, Shanti, Hamed, Reggie and Nambeng on their Part 3 skills. Shanti and Ilhem are working hard to develop their Part 2 practical driving skills, just need to get their voices working to help develop their discipline. Tanveer needs to work on his what, why, how skills to remedy faults, Hamed is progressing well towards working on a trainee licence, Reggie still struggling with his knowledge and understanding and Nambeng is developing nicely now.

Everyone arrived bright and early for Driving Instructor Training in Bishops Stortford today. Enjoyable session with James today, working on Phase 2, he clearly knows his stuff, just worked on the final stages of Q & A to search out problems. It’s always fun to see their reaction to the responses we give and a satisfying when the instructor has developed their mental agility and competency to become a driving instructor. Kelly, Gerry, Claire and Dave are also working well on their Part 2 and Part 3 ADI training. 

Good news for Kelly from Harlow who joined KISS recently to become a driving instructor. Kelly has passed her Part 1 Theory and Hazard Perception Test and is already to book and take her Part 2 Practical Driving Test within the next couple of weeks. She has also been working hard to develop her Part 3 skills as part of her comprehensive driving instructor training course. We expect to see Kelly out on the roads teaching in a few weeks on a trainee licence with a view to complete her ADI training programme. More good work from Tony , Steve and their team in Bishops Stortford. 

Driving Instructor Training taking place in Barnet this morning with Alec and his team with everyone getting at least one ADI training sessions. We were joined by a single pupil who was able to go out three times and benefitted from everyone’s effort before her practical driving test next week. Nash is getting his Part 3 balance better every session now, Geta showing real maturity in her instructor skills and developing into a good trainer too.

ADI training in Battersea today started at 9am with Abdul , Bob and their crew working with the trainees till 1pm. Its clearly beneficial to make our driving instructor training courses available to every trainee driving instructor several days a week. It certainly keeps trainees motivated and helps them develop a more comprehensive knowledge and understanding of what makes a good driving instructor.

Driving Instructor Training in Bishops Stortford this morning with Tony , Steve and the team. Second (less intensive) ADI training day for newby trainee instructor Claire from Hackney. Jerry had a good Part 3 session and also did well with his Part 2 driving as his voice finally gets going. James (fresh from his holiday) worked well both on his own training and in support of the trainers by helping other trainees like Claire. Excellent guys, well done.
