KISS Trainer Rob has popped down from Sidcup to do some one to one driving instructor training in Maidstone with Purna who is one of our newest recruits today. They have already been working on ADI Part 2 drivier training and have begun to develop Purna's ADI Part 3 instructional ability skills.
KISS Trainers deliver that everyone working with us to become a driving instructor has at least one ADI Training session every week. They also ensure every trainee instructor works on all three tests at the same time to enable them to begin using their client centred learning techniques on learners as soon as possible after joining us.
