Testimonial from Mark Williams

My name is Mark Williams, two years ago I decided I would look into becoming a driving instructor and so my research began. After many months of in-depth research and analysing all the packages offered by all the major driving schools I decided to go with Kiss driving school. Kiss driving school were the only company that didn't seem as if their priority was to take money from me while I train, at the time my finances were limited and kiss Tailored payments to suit me. Unlike any other company kiss started me on my training straightaway preparing me for part two and part three literally from day one. All of my training has been unlimited and local to where I live ,they also offered training in other areas to which I could turn up to with classroom sessions whenever I like. The whole time I was training with Kiss I knew I had chosen the right company ,progress was made every week and my goal was getting closer. Seven months later I passed my part three at last getting my green badge and qualifying as an ADI. For anybody looking to become a driving instructor ,I would 110% recommend Kiss driving school to get you there. I have had a lot of tuition from various instructors but my main instructor assigned to me was Neil Turner from Wimborne, I feel that his ability to get you to the level to become an ADI is 2nd to none! Thank you Neil and all at Kiss! Regards, Mark Williams

Driving Instructor training in Camberley

Dean from Basingstoke, Diane from Farnham and Lok from Aldershot have come to Farnborough for one to one  ADI training delivered by KISSTrainer Alan . Lok is working on ADI Part 2 and the other two are working on their ADI Part 3 techniques and dialogue. Sally is with us from Southampton and all are working hard to help them improve. The KISS driving instructor training programme ensures the trainers work together to collectively deliver client centred learning which helps everyone who wants to become a driving instructor . Because we offer unlimited training our trainee instructors are able to attend two to three training sessions every week.

Should we use a sledge hammer to crack a nut?

The DSA have shown, over the last ten years or more they are unable to drive through change and they certainly haven’t demonstrated how they would train instructors to meet their currently stated  needs. In Germany trainee instructors go to university for six months to study phsycology. Ask a Part 3 examiner ‘why do you want to drive’ and you are likely get the response ‘what’s that got to do with anything’. The first issue is that there are too many trainers with insufficient knowledge to train instructors, particularly in the skills of ‘client centred learning. Similarly they will not be able to deliver coaching skills training, essential to delivering the higher levels of the GDE Matrix. Has DSA considered how this is going to be addressed as without a higher level of competence the instructors will be unable to deliver the driver standards syllabus. The flaws as we see it in the DSA argument for their preferred option are as follows: DSA endorsed the Hermes proje...

KISS Trainer Gary is doing one to one ADI Training in Cambridge with Slawa and Jerry today. Both of these guys are really working hard to become a driving instructor in their areas, which are Corby and Peterborough. We anticipate both will complete their driving instructor training programme in the next two to three months. KISS Trainers are all trained in-house to deliver our own unique client centred learning techniques using our unique training aids. ADI Part 3 training can be easy when the trainee is given the right material and training to develop their skills, which is why we can promise a 95% succes rate.
